Excellent staff and cust service. Abhishek from front desk was very accommodating and helped me Get the reservation at the last min. Renali made sure my room is clean to my satisfaction.

If you stay longer you get bored of the same repetitive breakfast. I believe the service during breakfast can be improved. Some were exceptional but some had to call out to clean up or to get something. Not paying attention to customers need.

Their restaurant served Indian food that was fabulous—from the Gods—mouth watering beyond imagination. I would go back there just for the food, and find another hotel to sleep at. Everything else at the hotel was average, except for the tapwater, which was very poor.

The tap water coming through the pipes was grungy, dirty and smelly; after taking a shower, you felt dirtier and grungier than you did before you took the shower.

Hi,I went for Medical check up and found Fairfield Marriott near by...although I am familiar with their Hotel Hospitality services earlier but this time we have got little more Good experience. Convenient location to get into town and airport. Staff very helpful. Thanks to Mr Srikanth duty manager who helped us with early check in. They also gave us packed breakfast, generous in quantity and quality as we had erlt flight to get onto. They have assisted us in booking cabs etc to go into city and airport. Felt safe and clean surroundings.

Can improve much in reducing plastic. Same goes for Taj hotels too where we have stayed subsequent in Goa.

Breakfast spread was really good. Also the ambience of the restaurant where breakfast is served is very good. The support staff was also very courteous.

Nothing much. I think the board on the outside could be more visible for the individuals. Also, there was no iron box in the room. This was a problem for a traveler like me.

Check inn foMALITY was horrible. We were made to stand in front of reception for almost or more than10 minutes. This was just like any ordinary hotel . Never experienced this kind of check in n in a star hotel. The first impression was totally disappointing.Expect significant improvement in this.

The courtesy and warmth of the staff was great. The location is perfect in Gachibowli. Room service and house keeping were prompt.

The size of the room and bed is too small. The bathroom has a single door for the toilet and shower which is weird when you are sharing a room with someone or have a guest. The glass of the shower on the room side is not properly sealed and causes water to seep into the room carpet.

Excellent location - within Financial District and Hyderabad's IT hub.

Nobody responds! We had asked for early check-in when we booked on Booking.com but there was no response to it. Even after remainders through Booking.com there was no response. Finally, when we called up the hotel they said they couldn't accommodate early check-in. It is understandable that they couldn't accommodate the request but communicating it earlier would have been nice to let us make alternate arrangements.

Room, the view, clean non smoking room and no sharp corners to help seniors. Very supportive staffs from the door man to the reception to room service.

Key card stops working everyday atleast once. Would be good to fix that. Food can be improved. Though the menu is limited and not a huge range not all the items in the buffet were delicious. Eg. Muffins were not soft on both the days, omlette was on the dry side and bonda was hard. Scrambled eggs was good, so was coffee, tea and the fresh juices. Hot chocolate was missing in the buffet.

Interminent noise from Adjecent connecting room, from floor above and From door. Got disturbed during sleep. Above was not an big issue for me, but thought property should know about this to improve / rectify the issue.
