Trident Hyderabad

The design and simplicity with elegancy in hotel lobby , restaurant, pool and business centre, all amazing. Staff are very helpful and nice and smiling all time. Shilly from reception a wonderful helpful girl , she arrange our chick in process very smoothly thanks to her. Other wonderful girl from housekeep clean our room perfectly with smile and rapid response I really appreciate her work she is one of the best her name was Vaishali. I like the staff uniform very clean and tidy . Best croissant ever , thanks for bakery team.

No much shops around, no big option for halal food. Breakfast not of intercontinental, all indian recipe that I can't handle. Room furniture should be more modern that can go with hotel perfection. Shower was disaster very poor hot water

We had a really present stay at Trident Hyderabad Hotel, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet is amazing, has a lot of food variety and the staff from the restaurant is also very qualified. The hotel has an excellent scent as you get in and all the flowers are amazingly fresh! It gives you a luxury home feeling. Special thanks to Rohan, Rahmat Shaik, Prachi and Sourav for all the help and good hospitality they gave us. Next time I'll for sure choose Trident Hyderabad and recommend it to friends and family. Thanks to all and keep it up!

Another visit at the Trident Hotel with significant improvements among the staff who now avoids being too intrusive with guests. The level of service is excellent throughout. The location in Hitec City makes it a no brainer to stay at. The Garden side is definitely more enjoyable not only for the view but the quietness as there's no road noises unlike the other side. Highly recommended!

The cleanliness in the room could be improved so it's actually immaculate. The room equipment should also be checked e.g. the automatic blinds. The room could also be slightly refreshed with a new coat of paint. The European pastries are sometimes not good at all and not up to the standards. It would be nice to enjoy more seasonal fruits like the delicious mangos.

Everything about the stay was exceptional. My flight while coming from the North was delayed 3 times instead of 6pm I reached at 11pm. The airport transfer taxi was waiting steadfastly, I was received at the airport by hotel staff, then the check in was also promptly done in the room. The room was also decorated as requested. Ms Prachi at front desk did not rush us for checkout.

The only con was I missed the breakfast as I was a little sleepy. Would definitely try to come again sometime for that.

Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyderabad. I'd made it a point to stay at all the 5 star hotels in Hyderabad, and even though this might not be the priciest, it is still certainly the best place to stay.. It starts with the drive up the main entrance.., then the vaulted ceilings of the lobby area.., the flowers bouquet with more than a thousand flowers.., the amazing scents.., the pleasant and very capable and courteous staff.., and then the views from the rooms.., the amazing soft bed and pillows.., and the bath tub..,

Allow for the ability to checkout remotely. I could do it, but it was more painful than it should have been, as you already have my credit card on file and i am ok to send authorization in mail, if RBI guidelines warrant it

i arrived after a disgusting experience in other hotel. i arrived at 8 am after I could not even sleep on the other hotel because of the quantity of dirty. at the moment I arrived the desk team took care of me, they not only prepared fast the room to let me rest , but also bring me coffee, water, and made an upgrade from one of the best rooms I had reserved to the best suite of the hotel. they were all the time around me, checking I am ok, if I need something, always with a smile, super nice people. the food was absolutely great also breakfast and lunch I ate at the hotel. i really enjoyed the hotel , and the kindness of their team, especially the girls in the front desk. i felt at home being so far abroad.

Wow! What a memorable, almost two months stay at the Trident. I was in Hyderabad for business, and the Trident became my home away from home. The staff was very friendly and made me feel like family. I loved every single day that I was there. The accommodations were fantastic and everything was super clean. Abraham was my unofficial driver. He was very knowledgeable about the city's attractions and was super attentive to my needs. If I'm ever in Hyderabad again, I know exactly where I will be staying. Big thanks to the entire team!!!

Cant go wrong with trident! Fabulous property. Truly a luxury stay. Loved everything especially the breakfast. The staff was friendly, room are spacious, lobby is great, restaurants are very good. Exceptional in every sence. Special shoutout to Aritra, Prachi, Atul, Prakshi, Aditya, Chetan! All of them were so friendly to us, told us more about trident, hyderabad and places to eat, shop and hang! Thank you so much to all!

The hospitality was quite nice along with the amenities. The rooms were quite enjoyable in all respects

All the guest individually had to show identity proofs. One of the guests with me did not have this on hand and so had to wait a lot of time at checkin. This was offputting. Also, the location is bad. The surroundings are a maze to traverse by car and walking to the hitech neighbourhood etc takes time.

This hotel is everything a 5 star hotel should be! Impeccable service, cleanliness and luxury. We upgraded to a large room which was massive and the views to the city were amazing at night. We could check in and out when suited us which I have never experienced before and was a total dream. We had access to the club room where we enjoyed Indian wine, gin and tonics and snack all included, which is amazing in India as usually this is a huge expense!! the staff were brilliant. Not over the top, just quietly attentive, kind, interested, making a large effort. Prachi and Prajjwal particularly stood out.

the atmosphere in the restaurants was a bit low. there was live music but it felt a bit lacking in vibe.
