Big hotel rooms, nice breakfast, good security, polite and efficient staff service.

This hotel is good but it is too expensive without any reason. There are many 5 star hotels in Hyderabad in nearby localities which are much better and still much cheaper than this hotel. I don't know why they are charging so much for this property. Even after charging such a high cost for room(more than double as compared to other good 5 star hotels) , they don't provide any other service for free or at reasonable rates. Every service is way too expensive. Just for a airport pickup, they charged Rs. 4000 which is too high by any standard.

I really liked the breakfast spread. There were always people around to help you with everything right form the Security person near the entrance to the house keeping folks. The reception desk was also very helpful.

The room service can be better. there was an incident where i requested for a dental kit using the express service option on the phone but had to follow up after 10-15 minutes and found that the earlier person did not record my request

Room was very good, towels were so like new, this one my finest stays with my family. Breakfast was good, dinner was delicious but a tad expensive. I would recommend this place just for the way they maintained the room. Pool was a disappointment as it was only from sunrise to sunset and we usually use it post sunset. A very good stay.

Timing of the pool was not suitable for us.

very clean, staff very helpful especially Megha provided outstanding service with flexible check in and check out . she checked on us regularly to make sure we were comfortable in the hotel.

in the buffet restaurant for both breakfast and lunch , the veg and non veg food are on the same table . it is difficult for senior citizens to keep finding which are the veg options in each area.

great staff and facilities although getting a bit dated in look and feel

club lounge could do with a refresh and upgrade as not keeping up with other such facilities.

The destination is extraordinary, so luxurious, awfully well satisfied with the service and more... I really enjoyed to the fullest, it takes me to the other world of experience... Glee!!!!!!

It would be more convenient when provided with oven in the room....

The fast Room Service. The stuff was helpful and kind. The room cleaning. location and breakfast was perfect

The swimming pool is very nice but it needs to put a heater to make the water warm because the weather on December was like winter.

The receptionist who helped us check in was really such an amazing human. So much positivity. Usually at hotels, I’ve had to deal with grumpy receptionist and that actually kind of scares me. I think the guy’s name is Sameer or something with S. He checked us in both the times we were there and he is honestly the most humble guy we’ve come across in a very long time. One really needs so much patience, kindness, understanding and so many other things to be an amazing receptionist. Sameer is honestly a 100/10. Please promote him. He really deserves to succeed and reach great heights. Hard to find people like him :’)

Y’all are the best. Loved every bit of our stay both the times.

+ We had booked a twin room by mistake, the person who handled our check-in was nice enough to change it to a room with a king bed immediately upon request. + The room was pretty, it was a large space. Can work as well as relax well. + Good view. + Bathtub. + Comfortable mattress. + Very clean.

- The pillows were really uncomfortable. - Felt like the AC was being turned off in the night (?). We woke up multiple times in the night feeling hot - not a good experience. - We called the concierge to ask if we could make dinner reservations at one particular restaurant on the property, she was very rude while telling us that restaurant was shut. - We requested for some cutlery to be brought to the room, took them a couple of follow up calls from us and 30 mins to bring it.

Breakfast was Great, every staff member - from the person cleaning the room, or cleaning the wooden rails, or restaurant servers, or checking-in, or drivers... everyone delivered exceptional service!!

The only thing that could have been better is - I could have had a longer stay. The worst part of the stay was the end - when I had to walk out of the door, because I would not get this treatment anywhere else.
