Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff is very helpful and humble.

Breakfast is very very limited. Only Vada and Tea was available.

Breakfast wasn't bad, would be better if staff could list the menu the previous night so that one could choose. Could consider having a continental menu as well. Need improvements in service.

Hot water wasn't available through out the day, however staff was cooperative to put on the common geyser. this wasted a lot of time especially when we were tired and needed a quick break. This also involved wasting a lot of water, waiting for hot water to flow.

The staff was cooperative and the hotel room was looking perfect in terms of cleanliness & very hygienic too. The room was very good and the service was amazing, the washroom was hygienic and the I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The stay was pleasant and the interior lighting and all fixtures were working properly and all facilities were available. The room & washroom was neat, clean & hygienic.

The hotel staff, The room , The cleanliness, The bathroom , The toilet, The breakfast… I loved everything..

The only thing is the breakfast needs to change on an everyday basis. Please do not serve the same breakfast every day.

The location of the Arastu inn is near to nampally and all the attractions are very accessible. Auto frequency is very nice for small distance . The hotel staff is cooperative. I booked my stay for 4 days here . Neat and clean room .

Bathroom accessories need to be modified . Like soapa paste for guest

Location is bit inside and very busy area. But the best part is the hotel is so good to stay and we felt very safe and comfortable. There is a café is near by which has the best tea in the city. Metro station is just 800m walking distance.

Behaviour is so good of the staffs & location is too good.. food cafe's are near about the hotel.. hotel is opened all over night that's great.. staffs are very conscious.. lift & AC are well good..

Pillows are very bad & Need everyday room cleaning services.. Little cockroaches are in the bathroom & bedroom this is so disgusting.. but all over the room & location are so good behaviour is so polite..

Everything was good except cockroaches were there to, but they maintain and regularly clean with the cockroach spray etc. The owner and the maids were really good. Loved their services.

Everything else’s was good

The room is in an inner building, away from the street, which makes it fairly quiet. Room was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location. Standards were adequate for the price charged.

All was fine.

Nothing to say except above complaint. I want to some more neetness for better reviews.

Evening time when room (no. 101) was closed, there is some small cockroaches and have a bad smell. TV is not working. Rest of all is good. I give him 4 Star ⭐ rating.
