The housekeeping was sluggish. Plates after lunch or dinner were left for long until I called housekeeping to take those away. At one instance, there was wrong billing, The 15% discount for room service of lunch or dinner was omitted. After pointing out, correct bill was given after some time

Property is somewhat near metro, so it’s convenient to travel
The room seems old and not well maintained, for the price I’m paying I got one of the old type room. They haven’t mentioned the benefits of choosing rooms with higher prices hence it’s a bit confusing.

Staff was very co-operative, Food was really very nice.
WAsroom was little discomfort, shower was with very less force of water and also not that effective, washroom ammenities was also very less... there was disturbance in night at the timing of sleep cz banquet was very next to our room... and there was function going on... i suggest not to take room on 1st floor... rest everything wasd nice
