Vivanta Hyderabad, Begumpet

Excellent selection at Breakfast. We ate the breakfast buffet for 10 days, the food was never repeated. Quality of food was top notch. Service was excellent. special mention to Mr. Azam, Mr. Vivek, Mr. Upendra and Mr. Efsham, their attention to detail and service with a smile made our stay extremely enjoyable.

Instructions to use the pool should be made available. We had no idea where to get and dispose towels. You have to enter through the gym, and pick up towels that were placed on a chair. After using the towels, one day we were told to leave it by the pool, another day we were told to bring it up to the pool/gym front desk.

I like that the staff granted my request that my room is facing the pool area. I would like to commend the housekeeping department. They are very professional and very very helpful. The receptionist are doing a tremendous job, the process of check in and out is very smooth. At the same time, i would like to comment veera mohan, one of the personnel who is always very helpful and nice. The secuity personnel are very helpful as well.

I didn't like that there is not much restaurant around the area that leads me to eat inside the hotel which is much more expensive. I tried also mobile application delivery.

The staff really made the experience, super friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and I slept like a baby. Breakfast is very good. There was some noise coming from the halls into the room. The whisky bar has amazing selection.

I think the maintenance in this hotel is lacking. In this room, I’ve seen falling off tiles in the bathroom, there were stains from hard water all over the bathroom. I was missing information on facilities like what time does the pool side bar open - I got 3 different answers from 3 employees.

The Staff were outstanding and fabulous. Management should reward them with gifts and promotions. They are assets to Taj Group. Names should be mentioned as --- AHBISHEK IN FRONT OFFICE, RAJ KUMAR IN BAR AND AZAM IS ONE OF THE BEST IN F&B. VISHWANATH RAM, SMITA, SOUMALLYA, ARUDRA, ZAKI, GYANESHWAR, MUSARRAT, SUTAPA, CHEF AKSHAYA KUMAR FROM F&B JIVA AND SUDIP OF HK

NOTHING AS SUCH WERE WORTH MENTIONING. ALL THINGS WERE VERY GOOD AND COMFORTABLE AND HENCE NOTHING NEGATIVE CAN BE SAID.

The location is perfect as it is 5 mins walk to pearsonvue hyderabad where i took my exam and prakash nagar metro station to go to other destination comfortably. Staffs are friendly, helpful and approachable. With complete amenities, pool, spa, restaurants ( not just 1 but i believe 3). Soundproofing was great, they gave us a room with a city view, and we didn't hear anything from the outside. Bed are comfortable and I rarely experience a hotel with 4 pillows 😍 so this is a plus. Clean and fresh room, towels everyday, refilling water bottle constantly (even if there's still water bottle available in the room, they will give you a new one so we ended up having 8 water bottle ☺️)

If your visit is for sightseeing purposes put into consideration the location although you can use Uber and the Metro but bear in mind that sometimes it takes a while for some driver to pick up the order as the hotel is quite far from tourist spots of hyderabad.

I have been staying at Vivanta previously and enjoyed my stay this time too. There were no hiccups at all

The staff are very enthusiastic and go out of the way to please. However some guests especially from overseas like their space and would like to do somethings themselves, e.g. making a cup of tea at breakfast. I was trying to get them to understand how a simple cup of tea should be presented but only the more experienced staff were aware. Having a good breakfast is not all but ending with a good cup of tea or coffee is the icing on the cake. Please accept my comments as positive feedback.

The breakfast has a great variety of food. It was such a spread of food which cater to the taste buds of all the nationalities and age. Ms.Prity and all the front office staff and health club staff and other staff we have to mention for making our trip so memorable.

Location wise it is a bit away, but ideally one can fetch hotel taxi or other mode of transportation can be booked also fetched hence convenience is there for movement to and from the hotel. Hence it is a very nice comfortable stay.

I had ordered Biryani for take away to another city. It got delivered to the security. I had give multiple calls to enquire and to check if I can pick up as had to pack in my luggages. Receptionist mentioned that she would give me a call regarding the same, but never received any call. My entire stay was amazing but feel like staff at reception does not seem to be Customer service oriented. My food went waste and had to travel without Biryani.

The room was pretty good, spacious and clean, good large bed, sofa and working table. Bathroom was very good and spacious, bathtub included. Adequate supply of good quality toiletries were made as well. Front office staff, bearers and other staff in the restaurants, room service team-all were really good, warm and courteous. Breakfast choices were superb-and so was the quality.

WIFI was really bad, in fact the only thing we did not enjoy during our stay.

Very very gr8 staff. So keen to address guest at every point. The front desk was prompt and quick. The food was gr8. The room and everything met our expectations.

The cold drink is very expensive. Rs. 40 coldrink was charged Rs. 400/-. Taj Falaknuma charged Rs. 175/- and Taj Tirupati charged Rs. 175/- for a Rs. 40/- cold drink. I somehow noticed on bill and thought to write against it. I think vivanta wants their guest to come out of the hotel and purchase it. Rest when i complained then i was offered 20% discount on all food bills but still i would say that charing just 10x times is not a fair deal and also you check your own Taj Properties what are they charging for aerated waters
