The family room was super spacious and I also availed their cab services and the driver was super attentive....can also say the same for the overall staff over there and they were also extremely well behaved . All of the services were absolutely worth the money....and also had to give it to the location which was super accessible.

I thought the decor of the room could be a bit more better like .....the extensive jaipur decor was something I was looking forward to ....which indeed I thought they can improve on and also I was not really very fond of the coffee out there.

Good place to stay if you're planning Jaipur for few days, property was clean, had all required amenities and price was fair. Location is the best, as it's in the middle of the city, hence, public transport easily accessible and can reach any place quite easily. Both Railway station and bus stand are very close. Also free pick up facility provided by the hotel.

Night manager hardly knew anything, also his behaviour was very different from manager who stayed at mornings. He didn't know basis things when asked and always answered with I'm new I don't know. Even didn't hesitate to get into an argument over small things. Rest of the staff and other manager was quite friendly.

Located very near to Jaipur Railway station, only 1.1 KM away. Also near to Sindhi Camp bus stand, buses from Agra to Jaipur ends here. This is only 1.5 KM from the hotel. Our room was 303, it was extremely cosy, had good storage space, one work desk. The bathroom is big and very clean with a curtained shower area. Stuffs are very courteous and quick in responding to our requests. The lobby and the room has a very nice fragrance which added a positive note while we stayed there. The rooftop resturant is nice and the food quality was great.

Nothing much to mention here, but it's a personal note that, being a non veg person, the hotel only serves veg and egg based food. But there are some great restaurants nearby, like Bottles and Chimney (#BC) restaurant at Traditional Haveli. It has somewhat small and open parking spaces, it can fit about 4 cars, and with the fifth car, they won't probably be able to close the gate at night. But there was an empty lot right beside the hotel to park cars, so not necessarily a big problem.

Hello, Staying at Hotel HR Palace, Jaipur was a wonderful experience. The room was nice and clean. The food was amazing and pocket friendly. I experienced dinner on the terrace. It was good and tasty. You can get your food delivered to your room with quick service. The behavior of the staff was good, especially the Night Front Officer Mr. Naresh Singh. He is a very polite and nice person. Always available to serve you at any time. I would like to share my experience that I forgot the pen drive in the hotel room. I was very worried about my pen drive. I informed Naresh Singh about my concern. He just told me to calm down, he will courier my pen drive to my address. He does what he says. I got my pen drive at my address and he did not ask any fee for it. This is the service of this hotel. If you are planning to visit Jaipur then please visit this hotel, they will provide the best deal which is not available online. The location is also good. Staff was helpful, they let us enter the room much ealier than check in time. Room was huge and clean with very comfy beds. Bathroom was also very clean. Room service was nice and food was very tasty with low prices. Overall very good stay.

Location wasn't nice, it was far to the historical center. We had bad situation during check out time. The staff member tried to make us paid for one more night couse of his mistake. If we would not told him to call his boss and explain this quickly, we could be late for the train. In the end the situation was resolved so no hard feelings there.

The staff was friendly and attended to all our needs. The room was very spacious.

The rooms were clean, well furnished & spacious. The staff were good and well behaved. The food was hygienic

The intercom between rooms were not available. The dinning hall at the top floor(4th floor) is not connected with lift. So stairs are to be used from 3rd floor, as lift is upto 3rd floor. This is problem for Sr Citizen, if they want to use dinning hall. Otherwise we found our stay very comfortable.

The Hotel is nicely located in a residential area at the heart of the city, easily accessible, the Hotel staff was professional and supportive. We sought advise from them on visiting prominent places i.e. preferable time to visit and mode of transport that can be explored. The room top restaurant is good. Though there are limited options in breakfast buffet, which is acceptable considering the price point. I had opted for a family room during my stay which was large and spacious, the rooms were clean and ventilated, hotel laundry was also well maintained. The check-in nd check-out was really smooth. I would definitely recommend this place for a happy stay in Jaipur.

The parking space is limited inside the hotel, though the Hotel tries to manage it properly.

the room was very very nice. Bathroom very nice. The restaurant was amazing. nice views from the rooftop and you can see the fort from the roof.

The staff were very serious. you have to pay for everything on the last day. Best to keep track of what you spend as I wouldn't remember everything I eat/drink after a long stay as we had hotels trying to say we had more than we actually did in the past. No evidence the hotel would try this as they were all friendly but it should be considered
