ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

The bed was so comfortable they had a good collection of pillowas for all types. The buffet place was quiet good and were able to make food that wasn't there in the menu.

Had difficulties talking to many of the staff. They couldn't speak in English .especially the one in travel desk. He kept talking in hindi . I told him I couldn't understand and still he went on in hindi so I had to leave and ca from.my room.and do the booking another day. Staff constantly kept asking for reviews example : I came back to the hotel at 11.00 pm. after a long day of sightseeing and didn't have water in the room.and asked the guy in the lobby, and he brought the water and started asking for review. I politely said yes will.do. but he was going on about how to do it, what to scan, etc .

The whole hotel is absolutely wonderfully maintained and service is on par for excellent. We had the unfortunate experience of our check in representative incorrectly forward charging us for our accommodation and more, which he explained would not be taken. However it was, on checkout I had to speak with the duty manager who kindly explained it was a mistake and he has organised the refund which unfortunately will take a matter of few days. All in all an excellent run hotel with plenty of services. Special thanks goes out to Karan Agarwal, Deepak (from the club bar), the spa team including Andi.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location and amazing hospitality. We got a free two room upgrade to a beautiful suite. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The hotel was grand and they had entertainment for everyone everyday where you could see the traditional Rajasthani dance and music. My boyfriend was serenaded by the singer and was gifted a traditional scarf by the guard and that made his stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

When we were sitting in the courtyard in the evening, they sprayed what I assume was pesticide without giving out a warning, maybe next time they could inform their guests or schedule at a different time.

Amazing hotel ! Our room was super nice, the pool and gym are great, the breakfast selection is amazing... The building is very nice as well. The staff was also amazing: we got upgraded because we were in honeymoon (so nice of you thank you !) and they were all very nice (especially Tanya at breakfast, thanks for your help in discovering the Indian gastronomy !). Also great location. The travel desk helped us book train tickets at the last minute which is super complicated in India. Would 100% recommend, it's not that expensive for this kind of very high-end experience.

Nothing everything was amazing !

Breakfast was pretty good. As per the expectations. The delicacies were mouth watering and immaculately cooked with perfect flavours for the dishes to the regions these belonged to. Room was big and spacious with ample space to store the luggage. The rooms had big wardrobes and liked the working table which was pretty big enough to work properly.

We couldn't understand the numbering system of the rooms. We were at the 2nd floor and the numbering system mentioned the Room no. as 14XX. Also I expected a bigger Gym. Many of the hotels, I have seen far bigger Gyms even though they were not luxurious as ITC and were far lesser in cost of stay too.

The hotel is in a great location and by and large very good. Rooms are good quality.Shower excellent . It more than passes the basic tests. Personally I found the front of house service clumsy and slightly over the top. We were told we were being found a good room but I could tell it wasn’t ready. Fine. Tell me don’t invent stories. All you want to do is get your room. If you disagree, ignore and enjoy. The bar staff by contrast were great. Efficient and helpful. The happy hour (2 hours) was a wonderful treat.Breakfast was decent but difficult to get stuff yourself. All in all would recommend. Some of my issues are across the region/country and maybe say more about me! There are no serious problems.

The property is beautiful. The breakfast is really fabulous with a lot of choice. The staff is generally helpful The staff remembers what you like eating and are proactive in meeting your requests.

we had 2 rooms but in one room in the calling bell would not stop ringing( technical glitch). Initially we didnt realise this but when we figured there was a problem we called at 11 pm and asked for it to be sorted. It was not done untill 1 am. Finally had to go to the reception and complain in person. They did resolve the issue at that time but they should have sorted this out without any reminder. Other than that the HOTEL is fabulous and I will stay there again .

Fantastic spread at breakfast and lovely buffet options. An incredible dining experience at Peshawari. Central location in the city center and easy access to monuments and bazaars. Staff is extremenly courteous and respectful.

Would have love a cup of “desi” chai at breakfast. Only teabag teas on offer. Noise from individuals partying late into the night - reception took no action. Very busy which meant neither an early checkin or late checkout could be honoured.

The excellent behaviour of the Rajputana staff. Often they went above and beyond their call of duty to make our stay memorable. If I have to choose only three names, let me pick Kabil Dev (Chief Chef), Akanksha (front desk), and Roshan (front door). Each of them added value to our three night stay at Rajputana by their warmth, attention to details, and delightful conversations.

The staff were exceptional! They went out of their way to ensure our comfort.. the facilities were well maintained and the rooms were decently sized. I would say this was a family friendly hotel for sure! Food was also superb! We are at Jal Mahal restaurant and loved every dining experience

Nothing. Everything met or exceeded expectations. The gym closes at 10pm but if u ask at the front desk, they can open it up for you. I loved having the gym to myself at the odd timings I went
