Radisson Jaipur City Center

All staff were very courteous and eager to help. They always went out of their way to help and provide a good service. In room dining options are good and the food was delivered fresh and quite fast every time. The room cleaning service was also good and so were the staff at reception.

The main continental restaurant (mosaic) should also do a la carte food at dinner time instead of just buffet. Overall the food is very good at the hotel and there are plenty of options to choose from.

I booked the Radisson City Center for its restaurants and location for the city tour the following day. I enjoyed seeing the morning staff every morning for breakfast before heading out for the day. They always have smiling faces in the morning. The Chinese and Kebab Factory restaurants are great choices for dinner.

nothing the hotel can control, but the honking and dust from the busy intersection in front of the hotel. Also, my room was located across from the elevator and I also hear noises from people passing by.

The breakfast that was included with our booking was well worth it - the food was incredibly good, and had a wide variety of American, European, and Indian options to choose from for folks who didn't want to eat the same food each morning. The indian food was authentic in flavor and spice - not whitewashed like some places catering to tourists. The sous chef was incredibly helpful in working with our family members who can not eat gluten or dairy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although it was obvious when we checked in to our suite that someone had recently smoked in our non-smoking room, which was a bummer. Still, probably one of the better options in jaipur for a large corporate hotel that isn't specifically a luxury hotel like ITC.

We hosted some wedding celebrations here, and while all the staff were friendly, the event planning staff were not very available or helpful much of the time. The location is not great - very loud at night, not particularly close to anything of great interest despite being in the city center.

Breakfast options are great with a lot of Indian and non-Indian options. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Room design is good because it allows me to open two large luggage and one carry-on and leave them on the floor. Location is safe, I can walk around to buy some small personal items. Didn't use the pool but checked it out and it was nice. We use the hotel to refresh after our trip to Ranthambore National Park and it was very refreshing to stay in a clean modern Western style hotel.

The only thing I don't like is the fact they only issue one room key. This is annoying for families because if you leave to go out yourself you will need to ask the front desk to unlock the elevator for you. (Even if you go to gym or pool you have to go down to reception to ask them to send you.) Finally after complaining multiple times they finally gave in and gave me a spare key but I find the policy to be annoying and should be revised. All other 4-, 5-star hotels that I stayed in had no issue with issuing 2 keys.

Really friendly staff who would go out of their way to help. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good location near to lots of bars and restaurants. Readily available taxis. Lovely restaurant - good breakfast spread. Enjoyed use of the gym.

WiFi was not satisfactory for a hotel that lends itself to business stays. Kept losing connection. Also unable to use once checked out, despite us having to wait in the lobby for transport. Room decor a little weathered. Lots of bird poo and pigeons around the rooftop pool.

The property is located right in the heart of Jaipur city and is maintained very well. The rooms and common areas are extremely clean and the staff is very hospitable and polite. For the rent I paid and services I got it was value for money. The breakfast spread had so many options and every dish was fresh and delicious. The staff even accommodated our request to serve cold coffee even though it wasn’t on the menu and provided extended check out for a couple of hours. I would highly recommend this place for staying when in Jaipur.

Shoutout to Ms. Riya for setting the vibe right from check-in with her welcoming smile and proactively handling everything. The checkout experience was equally seamless, thanks to her confident and gracious attitude. Ms. Riya’s professional gestures added that extra sparkle, turning our stay into a truly memorable experience. Kudos to her for making it all about those good vibes and great time!

The room was a good size with lots of natural light, and a comfortable bed

My room wasn't ready when I arrived, and instead of telling me truthfully that I would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour, I was told the room would be ready in 5 or 10 minutes every 15 minutes when In enquired again. That is poor practice from poorly trained staff Breakfast could have provided a better range of fresh fruit, of salad vegetables, and fruit juices. I absolutely HATED the fact that I had to endure the 2 minute advertisement/promo for Radisson Group before being able to select any channel on the TV - every time I turned the TV on!

Value for money

We didn't take anything from the mini bar but we were charged for a water bottle taken from fridge. It is not about the cost of one water bottle but not believing your guest for one water bottle. I still paid for this because I didn't want to make it a big deal but you guys need to think if I am paying for 2 rooms for 2 days with all good etc, will I be telling a lie for 1 water bottle? I am most probably not visiting again because if you can treat your customer this way, next time it can be some expensive item charged to me unnecessarily.

Location is nice and staff is also good. Good breakfast spread. The staff at breakfast were polite and courteous, and so was the bartender at Mosaic. Unfortunately, don't recollect their names.

Service was inconsistent, and at times, very very slow. In room dining is costly, which can be a negative if one is planning to order food. Outside food is not allowed in the property, which is fine since, every hotel is entitled to have their own policies around this aspect. Wardrobe space in suite was inadequate.
