Hotel Pearl Palace

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival, with a porter taking our bags up to and down from our room. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Room service was punctual and we were able to contact reception straight away. We had dinner and breakfast at the top floor restaurant. The dinner experience was very pleasant with nice ambiance and relaxing live music with classical Indian instruments. The food and mocktails we ordered were very good and it was good value for money.

There was some noise from the restaurant/cocktail bar in the late evening from other guests and staff. However this was not too disruptive. Wi-Fi speeds were noticeably slower than other accommodation we’ve stayed in. Shower handle was loose which made it difficult to adjust temperature.

As soon as I entered the hotel I knew that I would be happy, loved my room, it was clean comfortable and spacious, tea coffee kettle and filter water were provided. All staff are hard working approachable, helpful. Everything I asked for was given to me. Outside of the hotel is. Tuk Tuk and guide service also taxi service. I decided to go for the Tuk Tuk, Mohommed Ali was my Driver/ guide, he gave me excellent advice on all attractions I visited, he was a very good driver and knows Jaipur well. He is knowledgeable, has a friendly personality, my guardian angel whilst in Jaipur, would definitely recommend hotel and Tuk Tuk

Although the Peacock roof top restaurant was fabulous, the food good quality and excellent value, the oriental menu could not be provided for two nights of my stay, yet it was still on the menu and was not mentioned until I ordered. The alcohol was very expensive and a large service charge on top of the bill, be aware of this. Overall I did enjoy all the food whilst there.

Super nice, beautiful rooms and bathroom. Very good restaurant and bar at the rooftop.

Our room was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and pretty big. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the restaurant really is very good - we were impressed by the breakfast and the dinner. And they serve good masala chai.

The noise from the restaurant and kitchen, as mentioned by others, is no joke. Our room was directly underneath the pot washers and they keep going until about midnight. They then start up again at 7am because the place serves breakfast - so it’s not really possible to get a good night’s sleep unless you’re a heavy sleeper. If you are, though, this place is great value!

Beware of a hotel with a similar name in the same district - despite our mistake, the owner (both hotels belong to him) organized transport for us - thank you! The hotel is very nice, pleasant, clean, comfortable rooms, bathroom with a shower cabin, which is not standard even in good hotels in India. Staff very helpful. The hotel has a high-class bar and club, so you can relax in your free time.

Despite information about serving breakfast from 8 a.m. at this time the employee only shows up at work - this is an unacceptable situation in hotels.... The guest cannot wait until the employee gets ready for his job.... This needs to be changed!

Interior is artistic and comfortable. Comfy bed. Very clean. Restaurant above had excellent service and we enjoyed the meals and entertainment. We appreciated the complimentary Auto ride from the train station. Internet was strong and fast.

Shower pressure and temperature was questionable at times (although I'm starting to think that usual for india). The restaurant above the room was noisy at night as other guests have mentioned. With ear plugs this wasn't an issue though (maybe a tip to give this as standard to guests). There wasn't any hand soap and limited shower gels etc.

Reception staff are professional and friendly as are the hotel staff. Love that my favorite Restaurant (Peacock Rooftop) is onsite and always love the traditional Decor of the hotel itself and the rooms!

Always the taxi/cab guys that wait outside for the guests to come out and go into the hotel are annoying trying to get customers. I often felt uncomfortable coming out of the hotel because of the cab guys not respecting privacy/boundaries of guests. Although they are not connected with the hotel; it may be helpful if communication from hotel management was enforced to the drivers to keep their distance from the hotel outside entrance and from unsolicitating guests.

The staff was really well spoken, helping nature The room was apt the way it was shown in Booking . com At first i didnt reserve the table (as i wasnt knowing) , later got to knw all tables were reserved and full. but later the staff did arrange and got us the table (as priority to be give for guests staying at the Hotel :P) and that was an nice gesture. The Restaurant on the roof top was so awesome really liked it. Upon reaching so many Foreign tourists and felt it wasnt India :D But yeah the staff at the restaurant were really polite and well spoken. Ordered our Indian Food (Biriyani , starters ) and taste was yummy.

Exceptional value for money considering the location and quality of this hotel. The rooms are well-sized, well designed and are very cosy, with a great shower! Staff were kind, accommodating and communicated well ahead of our stay, helping to organise pickups/drop offs. Also, one of the best restaurants in Jaipur is located on the rooftop with great food and service and a must visit for anyone staying there! Really couldn’t be happier with this hotel, a great quiet location, not too far away from the city sites but out of sight from any noise pollution. 100% recommend.

Location, amenities and the bar! Native bar was just excellent, the staff, the high quality drinks and food!

The tuk tuk drivers outside are constantly harrasing you and very rude. We asked one for a price to go somewhere the price was overinflated, we declined. He responded “have a nice walk” in a sarcastic way and again every time we got out from the hotel they all start yelling at you with “where are you going” “good price” “come here”, even though you politely reject the offers. The hotel should do something about them.
