We had a really good 4 night stay here, the management staff Jagat and Chortu where so helpful and so friendlyl, they really made us feel at home and safe. The other staff members where also equally good too. Can't thanks them enough, there hospitality was spot on. Our room with a balcony was huge and clean and meet our needs for the stay. It was also a peaceful,, hardly no noise apart from the live music from the next door hotel and we had a good night rest each evening. And the water was nice and hot Location was also good too and we got around using Uber and Rickshaw. They also arranged our taxi to Jodphur at a very competitive rate. Also the local area/people was also safe too. Highly recommended this place as the team will make you feel at home and safe.

Sajjan Niwas is a very beautiful Hotel, your eyes are catching beautiful interior in every direction your eyes turn, its quiet and clean. my room were huge for one person, beds good. Taxis and Tuk Tuk are right outside the building. Older photos are decorating the walls and it is inspiring.

Maybe because of the season: The food were low key - most times it was impossible even to choose between different menus. Too quiet to my taste, when travelling alone, it’s joyful to interact with other travellers and here were none ( 3 in a group only ) No one really spoke English. Too far from city life.

The pool was very clean we didn't use it as it was just a one night stay but it looked lovely. Bed was comfy. Manage gave us a better room as WiFi wasent working on the top floor. Manager helped us get a rickshaw at 6am for a early flight Over all was really good value for money

Rooms could have been cleaner, the bathroom had to be cleaned while we was unpacking. We both got bad bowel movements after eating the same food from there. Just be careful what you order we had the chili chicken. Tap was dripping all night in the shower nothing major just a slight annoyance when trying to get to sleep I'd still stay again if you can get a room for 2500 rs or less

Great location, friendly helpful staff and lovely room they upgraded us too. very traditional Rajasthani hotel with amazing decor and the room was really big with all ammenities we needed and had a great shower and bathroom was huge. Would defintiely return to this hotel if went to Jaipur as it was such good value for money and very spacious. thanks so much

Unfortunately it was still off season for the pool so we did not have access to this, but as we were on a city break sightseeing this didn't bother us. Nothing else we didn't like :)

Wonderful architecture and traditional vibe for a budget price! Staff were friendly and food in the rooftop restaurant was decent.

Bathrooms need an update, but quite fine for the price. Also we were made to pay in cash because the machine “wasn’t working”, and they refused to accept bank transfer but didn’t tell us why.

very well maintained property and room were big,clean and well decorated. Staffs behaviour were helpful and prompt.Swimming pool is also clean and one can spend some leisure time in the pool.

compare to the price everything is at it’s best. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews about this property.. The one of the budget gem property available in the heart of city.. where everything (Railway Station,Pink City, Cafés, Markets,Restaurants)are just 10/15mints away by auto/car.

see the photos; it is unique in its architecture but also in is interior furnishings plus original photographs and ornaments. Not a modern hotel but beautiful. The staff were friendly, helpful and always pleasant. The hotel had no income for 18months during the Covid pandemic but retained all its staff. The food in the roof top restaurant was delicious and the menu varied to suit different tastes.

Nice and soft beds. Very friendly and helpful employees. Amazing building, it looks like a palace. Breakfast was great. I really enjoyed and recommend this hotel!

We would have liked it a bit better if we could turn up the heaters. We were a little cold at night. But we got some extra blankets

Wi-Fi not working on third floor where our room was located. However Wi-Fi working fine on other floors where we could go to. This may have been a temporary glitch regarding the Wi-Fi on the third floor.

The property is extremely beautiful. We had our rooms next to the swimming pool. The hotel is quite near to most of the famous places, therefore, we didn't have to take our vehicle to room the city. It's much easier to get a cab or an auto which saves you from the parking hassles of the city.

The only drawback is that the restaurant is on the 3rd floor. Also, it doesn't serve in the evenings and the breakfast closes at 10:30 AM, so if you need to have anything you will have to order from Swiggy or Zomato.
