Royal Heritage Haveli

From the moment we entered the gates, it was like being taken to an oasis. The property itself is stunning, you feel like a royal guest when greeted by the incredibly attentive staff. Every moment was a joy, from the Auyverdic treatments we had daily, the ambience of lounging by the pool, to the delicious food at the on site restaurant. The rooms were like something you could only dream of, incredibly decorated and extremely comfortable. The hotel was so nice, that it was tempting to stay there all day and not set foot out of the grounds.

Couldn’t fault a thing. One of the best hotels I have stayed in over many years travelling.

This hotel which was a former hunting lodge is unique as it is a heritage building and has a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. As such the rooms are not your typical 5 star hotel types with all the mod cons. It has been furnished in keeping with its heritage background. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The bed was firm and we slept very well. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good with various a la carte options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We recommend the hotel for a unique experience.

There was a smell from the bathroom drainage, hence it is better to leave the exhaust vent running all the time and the hot water for the shower took over 10 minutes to come on but as it is a heritage property these issues are understandable.

1. No authentic, traditional Rajasthani food options on the menu. 2. The food, though very good in quality, was quite overpriced. 3. No traditional variety entertainment programs like Rajasthani puppet shows, traditional dances, or singing were offered to entertain the guests in the evening.

We spent a lovely week at Royal Heritage Haveli in two large, adjoining rooms which were nicely decorated and comfy. It’s a well-appointed property. The pool area was very comfortable & clean. The spa is located right next door to the pool. We also enjoyed some relaxing Ayurvedic massages. Instead of a breakfast buffet, there was a breakfast menu to order from with daily changing selection. We also took our dinner at the Haveli. The food was usually very good and the service was excellent. The staff was very attentive, always took time to answer our questions (even made a full Jaipur tourist itinerary for us) and generally took pains to make our stay very comfortable. There is some renovation work going on at the Hotel at the moment, but since there was neither any noise nor inconvenience, this did not disturb us at all. At the time of booking we did not pay attention to the fact that the Haveli is not located in the touristic centre of town which meant that we spent about 45 to 60 min traveling to Bani Park (we usually booked an Uber for the full day). However, since everyone at the Haveli made us feel very welcome and we really enjoyed our time there, we would actually return there on a second visit and accept the added travel time again simply because it was such a great place.

The Royal heritage Haveli is a magical oase in the hectic traffic of Jaipur. It breath Rajasthan heritage in the authentic sence. The most striking was the warm souls who are working at the hotel. The staff members do what ever they can to make the guests feel welcome and they are the sweetest ,kind and attend. The curiosity to talk with the guests made me feel at home and looked after. Every morning there was the best breakfast I could wish for, with fresh jus, fruit,and a beautiful variatie of dishes. The front office staff where the sweetest, they give me advice how to plan my trips and give inside tips on where to go en what to see. When i left i felt i had to see goodbye to new made friends. It was just a wonderful experience, i will not forget

The RHH is a very beautiful hotel. It is very green, has nice open spaces and is well taken care of. It is a beautiful oriental style and classical hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, the bed of my room was very comfortable. It had everything I needed and even more. I was greeted with a friendly face and a welcome drink. In the hotelroom sweet treats were waiting for me. The pool of the hotel is spacious as well and lit up beautifully in the evening. I also enjoyed a massage at the spa for 60 minutes. I had a very pleasant experience! One of the best massages I ever had. Then the employees are lovely, very friendly and very very helpful. I had some issues with my Air India flight and also needed help with my onward journey. The hotel managers were very very helpful with that which made my overall India travelexperience much better! The restaurant serves high quality food. The included breakfast was very tasty, with a lot to choose from. The dinner was as well very good, the best butter chicken, friend rice and garlic naan I had in India! The hotel area is very calm, which helped me regain energy from exploring the busy streets of Jaipur. Thanks a lot to RHH for this exceptional and unforgettable stay I had at your facility! Stayed with family for 3 nights. Nice property owned by Royal family of Jaipur,gives you a true Haveli feel. Spacious rooms and even spacious bathrooms, well designed with all the comforts. Good landscaped garden, has a small swimming pool. The service is excellent 👌. Food at the hotel is also good . We had the breakfast included , not a buffet, but has a few good options . Ayurveda wellness is another highlight. They have got professional Panchakarma therapist - Albin and Saritha from Kerala. Dr.Ajith does one to one consultation and gives a clear explanation on the line of treatments in Ayurveda and how it works in different health conditions. It will be worth the time spend. Overall great stay. Will visit again.

Lovely staff, very cosy and homely place. Strongly recommend coming here! The breakfast was great, the service was even better. Tej Singh particularly was such a thoughtful and friendly cleaner. The entire F&B team, hospitality team, they were all super helpful!

Honestly don't have much I didn't like. I guess the gym was pretty small so there's 1 potential issue. Perhaps also a challenge for physically disabled people as you have to climb stairs. But beyond that, everything else was fantastic!

The room was really stunning and the whole place is pretty beautiful. They greeted us with a complimentary head and shoulders massage which was very pleasant. Restaurant is also quite good and not expensive.

Breakfast was quite disappointing, surely not worth of a 5 stars hotel, there's not much to choose from, portions are quite small and you can only order, no buffet.. we also had some issues with hot water on the first morning that took longer than expected to be fixed so it was quite inconvenient... The room was also a bit humid and the toilet was cold so had to ask for a heater cause it wasn't too pleasant to be in it. Overall it's been a nice experience but I had higher expectations for the price paid...

The hotel is a charming heritage hotel built in a previous era as a royal hunting lodge. As a result, the hotel has a quirky and authentic design with a variety of beautiful gardens on different levels and a nice swimming pool. My room was very traditional with antique furnishings, and the bath was a fusion of gorgeous vintage turquoise tiles and luxurious fixtures and shower. The food in the dining room is fresh and delicious, and there is a beautiful patio with fire pits which were very welcome in the January chill. Service at the hotel is impeccable, and I felt especially welcome…especially at the front desk when I arrived, and in the dining room and patio.

The double bed in my room was actually two single beds with separate linens on each bed and pushed together….inexcusable at this hotel’s price point. The hotel is a long distance (at least 30-45 minutes) from the historical sights of Jaipur which means relying on an expensive hotel-arranged taxi or an often-unreliable taxi app. every time you want to visit the center.
