Ibis hotel gives you a comfortable stay with a perfect mix of jazzy ambience and fun activities where you can enjoy some amazing food and drinks, read, play games and chill. The location is also great as it is connecting to the city center within 3-4kms. Their staff is equally helpful and cooperative when it comes to any needs. Special thanks to all the female staff there especially Ms. Anjali in the restaurant section who was very cooperative with all the guests and tried to help them out in the best possible way, making sure no requests are overturned.

Overall everything is quite nice. The bathrooms in the Queen size room could be slightly better.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. We had dinner and breakfast and it was great.

Rooms were a bit small and the shower cramped, it would be great for a day or two but not longer. Location wise it's a bit far from the tourist locations. We had an issue with the Ibis tour company inside the hotel and had a horrible experience with them so we don't recommend that service, it felt like they were trying to take advantage of us. The management team handled the situation with care and tried their best to resolve our issues.

Lots of variety in breakfast, local food and occidental, coffee machine, fruit, etc. Good wifi, Cleaness is good everywhere, very careful staff, good location close to everything in a not noise place. AC works very well. We didnt use the swimming pool but we saw and it looks amazing, good room services. Everything was good in this place, normally in India Hotels look better in booking than in person, this hotel is more in person... I really recommend for family, people who travel alone, for businees, whatever. It is difficult to find in India good hotels in a very good price like this.

Maybe it could have a minibar because the cooler wasnt working but you have whater, coffee and tea for free in your room.

I recently stayed at the holiday inn in Jaipur and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the amenities were top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. Special mention to Mr. Shourya & Ms. Anisha from Front Desk and Ms. Anjali from Restaurant who helped me alot during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend the IBIS - Jaipur to other travelers. It is a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation or a business trip."

Simple and comfortable stay. neat and clean lobby. I was surprised to see that in a small area they manage so many things for guest engagement like fooseball, Chess, Book station, kids play area, mini cricket ground , and many more thing isn't it wonderful. I would like to mention akansha from reception , She is so humble and energetic person. She is so professional in every manner which is really necessary in service industry. All the staffs are really proactive, humble and caring. You guys are star of hotel keep it up. Front office staff was so cooperative We had an enjoyable stay and would book again if we visit again!

The location is great. Its not too close to the bazaars and the touristy stuff so u have to take a the Metro ( just 100m away from the hotel, very clean , cheap and effiecient) or an auto or car to get to the touristy area. The staff was great. Accommodating, polite and friendly . Shout out to little Anjali from the restaurant who was super sweet to us. Our stay was 5 days and the staff was incredibly warm The manager came by and greeted us personally which I thought was a nice touch too

The place is a bit dated. The rooms ans fittings ; though very comfortable and clean- are very dated. We were on the 6th floor which is one of the highest I believe; there was a terrible smell in the hallways . The menu. I get that it's india and the non-veg options are limited but breakfast was pretty mundane because it was the same thing every day.

I chose to stay at ibis jaipur coz it was the only pet friendly hotel that is located in the city center but to my surprise it's been one of our best stays ever and that's all because of the staff there... The staff of ibis right from check in to the restaurants to the concierge were so accommodating and pleasant to interact with. I've stayed in ibis across India but never had such an experience... I'm so impressed with the management of Ibis jaipur that they have hired differently abled staff to work with them and for that they are leading by example.. I want to specially thank all the coffee shop staff, in particular Saurav and Sumer for his exceptional service.. I can just keep raving about our stay there coz it's been that amazing... Will always come back here.. Thanks again for making our stay the most memorable stays..

Our stay there was amazing but since I was travelling with my pets a pet relief area would have nice but that wasn't there also the hotel got too noisy in the evening as there were too many families with kids that checked in after us and they gathered in the lobby play area making it too noisy to even sit and dine in peace in the restaurant..

Breakfast was good and with multiple variety and live music. Location was too good as very near to Railway station and Metro station too. Ambience was too good and housekeeping staff and overall staffs are too co-operative.

Rooms are too small as compared to what has been reflected in Booking.com. Mattress are too puffy due to which have to bear back pain after 2 days stay but somehow managed. Overall it is nice but hotel should work on above mentioned points.

Comfortable stay at IBIS Jaipur . The services are prompt. The staff are very friendly and courteous at the reception. Would like to mentioned few names from reception who were really amazing Samir, Rishi, Rohit, Manisha and Anusha. From the moment we step through the entrance greeted with warm smile and genuine enthusiasm to the attentive assistance throughout our stay, every interaction contributes to a sense of welcome and comfort.
