Crown Plaza is a place where a guest feels pampered and welcomed . The property’s decoration was amazing and my room simply perfect and quiet. We were given all possible support by Bhagwan from House Keeping department. We tried both the restaurant and food and service were superb during my stay ……..Chef Roshan, Jeetu , Aayush ,Sahil were really very quick ,served well and helpful. Breakfast was also full of choice and treats. The reception was lovely and very good hospitality by Monisha and Shruti all the time . Checking out was absolutely smooth , Abhineet Chandra was very efficient and charming . While checking out the manager handed over a beautiful jute bag as souvenir from hotel . I liked her genuine interest and friendly and extremely polite staff . Thank you Crown Plaza staff members for making our stay such a memorable experience.

Location could be batter ..........

The breakfast and in room dining was good but the service was excellent. With dedicated service staff like Aayush, Jatin, Gopal and Komal who are always ready to go extra mile to help the guest get the best experience of the stay and the good quality food items there. The duty managers and the guest service staff members were a pleasure to talk to and I appreciate that they always provided the best value possible ( without asking) for all the prices we paid for different services. Shreya helped us at every level to resolved our requests with a pleasant experience. The dedication of the transportation staff to service the client with the attitude to keep clients needs ahead of their own personal difficulties was beyond words. Awesome experience of the hospitality industry service excellence.

It is difficult to find but one point is that the property needs to make the electric sockets more modern. Out of every other thing of infra being excellent and specially mattress which are a please to have a great relaxing sleep(much better than many other places of the same level we stayed earlier) more modern electric sockets will make stay for working professional with multiple modern devices even more pleasant.

The staff are very friendly and while very professional, able to connect with a bit of personal touch. E.g. although they see hundreds of new faces, they recognized us when we came back. Special kudos to Ajit and Ajivit and other staff in the restaurant. The restaurant is very good with a nice offering of Indian and other cuisine.

Just a detail: in the bathroom, the faucet of the lavatory is not well placed. Also, if they want to continue to offer wine, it would be good to upscale their knowledgeability about wine.

The Hotel was nice and clean. Room felt a little bit dark. View from the room was on a highway. Not too pretty during daylight, but after dark it was kind of nice. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Waiters at breakfast made recommendations about what to try to experience an indian breakfast (was a welcome offer for me as a non native). Was offered a complementary late checkout (2 hours). All in all a solid 8/10 2 points deducted for airport transfer & pool.

Asked for an airport transfer in the evening. Arragend for 8pm. Seems like staff forgot to notify the driver. Waited until 8.15pm but was not picked up. Had to inquire with front desk, who did not seem to know about the arragnement (although I already paid for it) Had to wait another 30 minuntes until the driver was ready to take me to the airport. Luckily I planned enough time beforehand. Pool is ok, but the atmosphere isn´t too relaxing. You will hear the commuters trains / traffic constantly.

Great staff. Some of them are truely impressive. Although they see hundreds of new faces from all over the world every day, they remembered us and made us feel a bit home. Special mention of Ajit for the care of the luggage and Avijit in the restaurant, as well as some other staff in the restaurant. Great food by the way.

What could be improved is the knowledge about wine, although I understand wine - alcoholic beverages in general - is not in the tradition of India and that has its good sides as well :-)

We loved all! The size of the room, the swimming pool, and when we found out that there is also a sauna in price rate, we were so happy! We traveled by motorbikes and for us were very important to relax. Also, the beds were super comfortable. We loved our last days in India which we spend in the Crown hotel!

Be careful there are three Crown Hotels in Dehli. So once we went to the wrong one. :D There is just one minus, as we came by motorbikes, we felt unwelcomed by staff. We received from three employees reproof that we can not pack the bags on the motorbike in front of the hotel. Even if it was for a few minutes. Was feeling that motorbikes are lower class and they can't show other guests that there stay people who came by motorbikes.

For me, the location was great because I have friends nearby and the offices I need to visit were within easy reach. However, major roadworks between this location and central Delhi make transit tediously difficult. You need to make sure you travel before 8 am or after 8 pm. even close to the hotel, it can take 20 minutes to travel 1 km. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The music played in the restaurant resembled a disco. Booming and noisy. Also, the view of the razor wire fence outside, makes it look like you are in a prison camp. When I get a free bottle of wine in the room, I automatically think I paid too much. Especially as I don’t normally drink wine. The same goes for the supposedly free beers. please ask the waiters in the restaurant not to ask how the food was every two minutes.

Club lounge access was excellent. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. Great view from our room on the 12th floor. Room was spacious and clean. Overall staff were friendly.

There's nothing around the area, the nearby mall is shut. Food was disappointing, there could be improvements to quality. There were several conventions taking place which became a bit of a nuisance as they were very rude towards us. Room issues - blocked sink that didn't get fixed.

Very courteous staff. And lovely food. The bar area, the buffet supper, the a la carte supper and breakfast were excellent. The room was comfortable, clean and functional. The metro at New Ashok Nagar was a quick walk.

The breakfast coffee could do with an improvement!
