Park Inn by Radisson New Delhi IP Extension

The thing I liked the most were the Staff. They were unbelievably supportive. Very professional, very well behaved, and understanding. Huge shoutout to Renjith Abraham, if you need support at this hotel, do look for him, he does everything possible to help. Gave us very good suggestions too. The service and housekeeping staff were also responsive, no matter the time, and were very helpful. Staff wise, this is one of the best experiences we have had. The rooms are comfortable, well maintained, clean, and hygienic. The buffet breakfast is decent.

The location is disastrous as it is almost at the end of Delhi. Almost no shops or restaurants around. Closest mall has to be commuted to by a cab (uber/ ola/ taxi), and everytime you want to go to central you will have to book a cab. The exterior of the building is under renovation, however, there is no noise or disturbance in the rooms. The terrace area is not as shown in the picture and neither is the pool. It is rather a small plunge pool.

We loved our well appointed room and the whole hotel. We were nearly here for a month due to ending up in hospital. All the staff from reception right through to dinning were all so humble so caring so respectful nothing was a problem. The food was great. Multiple options given. Great beds great showers great service in every avenue.

We stayed from 22 to 25 th Dec. The ambience was very good and the room provided to us was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of Indian and continental cusine

The location of this hotel is a little far from the main city

You have good people working there and interacted with Anmol a couple of time and he is very helpful and assisted us throughout our stay with our foreign delegates. we are hope to back there each time when we visit Delhi. overall it was a good experience.

Food was good. Chef tried to make my kind of food given that I am not a fan of Indian Cuisine. Very comfortable stay. Location is great. House keeping and room service guys were exceptional. The infection prevention during these covid times was very good, I felt safe from covid during my stay. Very good comfy rooms, with working air conditioning and pay tv.

Reception and billing team could do better, especially when dealing with extending stays. Some guests smoke in the corridor and on the lobby outside the lifts and smoke hangs in the air for a while. The exterior could do with a coat of paint? Coming in from outside, you get this impression of an old building. The gate man could also do better. He was not supportive when I was checking in but tried to be on my check out.

Property is located in quiet part of IP extension. Access roads are broad and light on traffic. However being on quiet side means no autos and rickshaws so arrange for a cab. The staff was very courteous and polite. Rooms were clean. All rooms come with bay window seating so you can sip a cup of tea taking in the views. Food was good and had a home like taste. Some suggestions - check the view of room once - ask one facing open park (refer attached pics), ask for provisions in advance - dental kits etc, ask for price before ordering room service..

Resort feeling in Hotel

Breakfast recipe of South Indian sambar, Idly , Wada not good. It really required to be changed ASAP. Dosa station very good. No change required . poori good. Bhaji not good . change recipe of bhaji and Choley ASAP. FRUITS can be better . parantha Recipe can be better

The property was very good Special the room size

The IRD was very slow firstly thy didn’t answer the calss then thy take almost more then one hour for two ginger ales I have already added Smoking room In my list but thy didn’t provide mee tht

The response of all the staff persons to include the staff at the entrance, the reception, restaurant and bar was excellent. Overall it was an awesome and very comfortable stay.

Good ambience and the room was big enough.

The fixtures were dated and the AC was making a loud noise. Fridge wasn't working but the staff immediately changed it.
