Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida, an IHG Hotel

All the staff we met, from security, reception, Cafe on 3, the gym/swimming pool to housekeeping were extremely welcoming, courteous and helpful. We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday on 10 November at Cafe on 3. The buffet was excellent, and the service from Rohit and his team was fantastic. They made it a most memorable event. We also enjoyed the pool, which was large and very clean. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Holiday Inn Mayur Vihar.

Location - we needed to take the metro, and neither Mayur Vihar Extension nor Ashok Nagar stations were close enough to walk to/from safely after dark. There was also a terrible stench from the gutter in the air, especially in the evening.

The actual Hotel and facility are great. We had all our activities booked with a guide and did not venture outside the Hotel without a driver or a car, so we can't really comment on the surrounds. As a smoker, it was fantastic that we actually had somewhere nice to sit and enjoy and drink and a cigarette.

The Buffet food was good but not too many 'western style dishes available at night. We did have to keep asking for cutlery as their was either none on the table or they would take it with our plates. Maybe having some cutlery freely available would be good.

I liked the behavior of Kaushik, who supported me and was very polite. I liked the person named Pravesh when I went for the breakfast as he also went out of support and was extremely good, so I enjoyed the hospitality most instead of the breakfast. Kaushik and Pravesh were the best people I have met and should be awarded if this feedback is read and heard. Whether at valet parking R. Raja or the person who delivered water bottles, the night staff and overall staff were awesome.

1- Check-in hours are at 3 because usually, people need their rooms at 12, so it can be changed from 3 to maybe 1 or 2 2 - The food that I ordered from the restaurant was expensive and tasteless, 3 chapatis and 1 dal cost me Rs. 1,896/, and even after requesting dal tadka it was nothing, and the chapatis were not tandoori and tasteless, which spoiled my mood and money. I ate the food only because I did not like to waste the food. The hotel should intervene in the restaurant's quality of food.

We stayed there first week of November and truly enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were clean and big. The staffs were extremely helpful especially F&B staff who tended to us during our 5 days of stay (Manager Kundan, Hari, Bhupesh, Rahul). Also loved getting my Dosa every morning. Moreover big thanks to Sanjay who kept our room tidy everyday and security staff who assisted us everyday with kindness.

There’s always a strong sewage smell towards the evening outside the hotel which was bothersome. If your room is road facing, then be ready to wake up by the sound of the horns from outside.

Very clean

The staff does not help guests with their bags/luggage. Every time guests enter the hotel they have to scan their bags, but the staff does not help guests by carrying them. But in other 5-star hotels in Delhi whenever I entered the hotel the gateman always helped me put my bags in the scanner and helped me carry those bags to the room. But I think it is rude that 2/3 of the gateman are just standing at the gate, I, even being a girl have to carry heavy bags and put them in a scanner every time.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Room size was great. Location was very good. Food in the hotel is very good. Very good experience

The mattress was not comfortable at all. the sleep was not comfortable because of this. They should seriously consider to change the mattress. Spring mattress and extremally uncomfortable. I do not think the mattress used in IHG standards.

Well Managed and Maintained property . Well behaved and Caring Staffs available. They fulfill all my needs in time to time. I was very happy there during my stay also recommending to my other family and friends to avail this facility when they are visiting Delhi

Nothing found to say. Everything is well maintained and managed by the trained staff of Holiday Inn. Keep maintain this traditions forever.

I was extremely happy with the service received during check out , i had taken a room only tariff and was running late for my meeting, nonetheless the staff was super courteous in quickly giving me a breakfast hamper as a token of gesture. Loved this to the core.

The only thing which went against all odds was the washroom not having the facility of Jet cleaners. I would recommend the property to update that.

Check in was smooth. Staff was courteous & welcoming. Room was clean n big in size. All the necessary amenities were present in the room.

I opted for King size bed but they gave me twin bed but promised me to shift to a kind size room which wasn’t done after being promised.

Nice breakfast with wide range of selection, both hot and cold. Fresh preparation of some items on order. Excellent service by pleasing staff.

Main lobby area needs a bit more of seating arrangement with improved décor.
