the swimming pool area...Need to cover it from the side of office area....the open side is tempering your guests privacy...outsiders were staring ...it was very annoying....

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is a little far from the airport & it took longer to get to Old Delhi for tours than I expected, however, the room was very nice, very clean, and lots of hot water immediately. As a woman with adult kids, I would not have felt comfortable walking in the surrounding neighborhood without a guide, but we saw many locals walking to special occasions nearby.

Location. The Kabab restaurant only had 1 price for a large meal which was more than we could eat. The price was reasonable regardless by American standards.

Wanted to find a hotel in Delhi to relax with a nicer room than where I had been staying in the heart of the city. This hotel was that. The staff were very friendly and ugraded the room. We had dinner at the brewery bar place which was pretty decent.

Not the hotels fault but the surrounding area is rather dull. There isn't much to do around. No where to eat for example and not very pleasant to walk around either.

They upgraded us to business room I like the staff they were friendly and helpful I like the food The internet is good I had the bath door broken in the first day and I didn’t told them but next day they fixed it when they saw the issue

Location and the room floor at the entrance needs rejuvenation

Facilities and Infra were good. Buffet options were good. Staff is pleasant.

No coffee shop where you can order customized coffee. The access card was not working and house keeping also struggled to open the room doors. Deal was different than housing.com, I was offered an upgrade but did not reflect at the hotel, they offered the original price and room without a bath tub.

Everything was superb, breakfast was awesome, staff is very attentive to solve the queries

Time taken for check in is more than expected, my all family members has to wait for 40-45 minutes before check in, whereas your time to checkin was 2pm I reached there at 3 pm but only able to get in the rooms around 4 pm

Location is prominent but it is very difficult to get Uber or Ola from Noida or greater Noida to Kaushambi. Better to stay in Surajpur, as I learnt later. Breakfast is superb and there are many options. Menu changes every day

The middle lift doesn't work many a time Key to my room got stuck twice

The view from the pool facing room. Exceptional staff and service. Brilliant lighting. Spacious room.

The Jacuzzi(Women's) wasn't properly functioning. No handwash dispenser in the room's washroom. Poor mattress quality of the extra bed they provided. The pool was not clean and unusable.

Room was good bathroom was clean Location was nice. Breakfast should be included in room rent.

Only 3 lifts and lot of rush of people Lot of guys are in queue Waiting time is more for lift Check in time was high

Budget friendly

Lift access was very bad. Wasted lot of time Sultan breakfast was yum but lunch and dinner food was not upto the mark . Need improvement in taste .
