An atmospheric and comfortable hotel located in the southern part of Eilat, slightly away from the center, which allows for a great rest. Clean, spacious rooms equipped with everything you need. Very nice reception staff, helpful breakfast staff. The breakfasts are insane :) everything is tasty and a huge selection. The swimming pool and the proximity of the beach are conducive to relaxation. The center of Eilat can be reached by bus number 30 and the bus stop is right outside the hotel . It would be fantastic if the restaurant was open in the afternoon, even with a shortened menu. However, there is a Fish Market and an Italian restaurant next to the hotel. Recommends choosing this hotel!

I absolutely LOVED the Reef Hotel in Eilat. I had very few expectations for an August trip to Eilat which is usually overcrowded and chaotic in addition to boiling hot. However, our experience at the Reef Hotel changed my entire perspective. The location is ideal - on the beach. The facilities are great - pleasant pool and the BEST BREAKFAST I ever experienced at a hotel. The room was spacious and clean. However, the best part of the experience was the staff. Everyone including the cleaners, the lovely lady making the morning omelets, the front desk personnel, the pool staff and the management (hotel and dining room) were beyond amazing. Even though the hotel was filled to capacity with lots of families and children, the staff was always pleasant, smiling and helpful. They never seemed stressed or annoyed. Also, the guests were pleasant and polite to one another... simply a wonderful hotel and experience. I can't wait for my next visit.

I really have zero complaints.

We love everything about this hotel, the staff, the location, the food, the room, the price, it's perfect for us. No wonder why we go there 3 times a year :) In fact, we like it so much I didn't want to give such a great review for fear it would lead to less availability and an increase in prices.

Maintenance, they don't invest much there, and it's a shame. Also, would have been great to have a small playroom for the kids to spend the hotter hours of the day.

We had an amazing time: - Staff was really nice and generous - excellent service! first time in Israel we felt that cared and well treated. - Best breakfast ever - a lot of variety, all kinds of salty and sweet, very delicious. Plus they had some music playing live during breakfast - with greek vibes / it felt like being in Greece for a moment. - Excellent location, near coral beach and in front of a bus station. There are also some restaurants and supermarket nearby. Main attractions near the hotel: middle point for all beaches and 5 min in bike to the underwater observatory. - They also provide free bikes (recommended to have a ride), a snack bar + water. - They have a big swimming pool outside, and private swimming pools for specific room (recommended). They also have a private exit to the beach in front, where you can use sunshades and loungers for free only for hotel guests. I hope I don’t forget about anything, everything was perfect!

We loved that the hotel is located in the quiet part of town close to the aquarium and the coral reef. The breakfast was unbelievably outstanding! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel supplied bikes and snorkeling gear which was great. Plus, they had water and snacks available which was a nice touch. The pool is lovely and the beach is right there. We had a wonderful stay and would most definitely come back!!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like although my husband was hoping that there would be a microwave in the room but there wasn't. But there was a fridge and they even gave us some chocolate and other snacks.🙂 Also some people might not like that there are not a lot of restaurants, stores and shopping close by. If that's what you want, you need to stay at the North End of Eilat. The hotel sits at the south end and it's very quiet.

The hotel looks nice and comfortable Its right on the beach next to the sanked ship diving site You can tell the place is old but it was clean and well maintained The staff are really helpfull and friendly a spicial thanks to amit from the reception he was super profissional and helpfull and gave a very good first impression about the hotel.

The parking is small and to find parking you have to pay There was a party untill late on a beach near that i could hear from the room The door of room 213 is cracked you can see the light and hear the voices from outside There is no dinner at the hottel they sent us to the orchedia hotel the food was really bad cold burned and not fresh

Hotel parking lot is very small, public parking is available but costs 5-6$ per day Private beach is small and at least when we were there not very inviting (winter, so probably because it was off-season) Pool is not heated Gym is quite small with no real way to lift weights. There are some cardio machines but for muscle training you need to do body weight exercises. No disinfectant in the gym

We generally liked the hotel. Satff was nice. We loved our room more than the pool and facilities outside and the beach area below which have seen better days. They didn't have enough snorkel equipment and the bikes were not that great for loan but they were free. While the beach is under reconstruction and will probably really improve the vibe of the area, right now it is not really the luxury place that we thought it would be when we booked it. We did like being away from the eilat city center And it did seem like the best of the choices in that area for the price after walking around. It was close to a couple of restaurants we ate at so that was convenient. Thry had the largest and most diverse breakfast we had while in Israel.

It's not the quietest since it's across from a place that host events. But it doesn't seem like eilat is a really quiet place.

I'll start with the friendliness of the staff, when we arrived, they received us with a big smile and glass of champagne, so what can go wrong after this kind of welcome? Then we got beautiful rooms, one opposite the other (as we asked for) with extremely comfortable beds and 2 balconies each. The breakfast was extremely big and tasty that could keep us full until dinner. The pool was fun, and the beach is amazing and remarkably close to the coral nature reserve. Neer by we found great restaurants and it was one of the best vacations ever.

Location was great, rooms were nice, staff were responsive to requests and friendly, breakfast was a real-deal, excellent Israeli breakfast (and appreciated the box breakfast for our trip to Petra).

We picked the hotel in part for the swimming pool, but very limited hours of 8am to 5pm meant we never got to use it, so that was disappointing and felt like we were paying for an amenity that was actually not there. The scented air in the lobby and by elevator was overpowering and should be toned way down (or, better, eliminated).
