Snacks and refreshment for guests provided by the hotel at the reception. That was great and shops are just around and its easy for shopping and also a nice and Blessed walk to the old city of Jerusalem. People of Jerusalem and staff are friendly and Godly people. God bless Jerusalem and Israel. God is at Peace in Israel. To God be the glory.Amen

Nothing to say all was good as it is our first visit to Israel Jerusalem and hope for next visit and a best rate for more than 10days staying and organize some site seeing and tours but since it is the state declared the war most tours and boarders were close.Hope.for a next visit in time of Peace. Very central location but not noisy. Easy access to the light-rail system. Kosher restaurant. The lifts worked every time. Cold drink in the lobby (with cookies) gratis, just the thing when you've been walking in the Jerusalem sun all morning. (It's a good idea to take a bottle of water with you anyway.)

Rooms were not cleaned every day - even allowing that they might be not cleaned at the weekend this was poor service. A staff member in scruffy dress (I don't mean just not clean but not buttoned-up, looking slovenly) hanging around the lobby with no apparent purpose and speaking no English (spoke Hebrew and yiddish that I heard). That was not a "good look". And beware the large and noisy groups of kids from the US going on day-tours; if you come down for an early breakfast it could be nice and relaxed or very busy.

Renovations are moving along nicely. I loved having a living room and kitchen, even though we mostly ate on Ben Yehuda. Mattresses were so comfortable. The location is amazing.

The room was missing things but we got what we asked for: more towels, hair dryer, tissues. The maid service is not daily. The tub/shower did not have any grab bars and it was scary to get in and out of. There are no shower doors or curtain.

All of the people at the desk very very polite and helpful. The person in charge of cleaning gave me the products I requested. My room was very quiet. I was totally satisfied.

One young lady who worked at the desk could not give me directions to where I wanted to go.

I like the size of the suite. I like that there was a mini kitchen. The location is amazing.

We asked several times for additional pillows. We never received them. There were no disposable hot cups in the room although there was coffee and tea. The facility needed some repairs - a shelf was held up by a piece of wood.

No phone in room. A/C-heat never seemed to work correctly

Breakfast was perfect and perfect location for bus, train & taxi. A perfect location for good walk to the Kotel ( Praying Wall)

It was too cold for us. The heater did not work in our room 113. Todah.

The manager of this hotel is completely devoted to the guests' wellbeing and happiness. Rami is very attentive and meeting him was honestly a highlight of my stay))) Any minor inconveniences were resolved and outshined by the staff's polite and welcoming vibe :3

Very good location. The hotel is clean, comfortable, the rooms were very spacious and convenient, good for the family staying together.

There was a little kitchen in the apartment and a table to eat your meals, but there was not cooking equipment at all, not even a kettle, nor the dishes, and etc. Maybe we could ask at the reception desk for this, but as our stay was short and we arrived late we did not bother so much.

This was my fourth or fifth time in this hotel. So you can see I like to place. However this time because of corona it was no breakfast. But I understood. The staff was very nice there was comfortable and clean and we got it and we were fine..

People were smoking in the rooms and in the hallway so all the smoke came into our room. It seems that the staff did not clean under the sofa and the couch in the bed before we got there so we found a variety of plastic forks plastic tops and other things. But the rest of the room was clean when we got in.
