It was a cute and small little boutique which made it very easy to come and go as we liked. The location was fabulous. The staff very friendly, and helpful. And the breakfasts had a huge spread. Very happy with it and I'd stay here again!

The bathrooms...the counters have a unique design which is very different than what I'm used to so that was a bit strange. But it doesn't affect the rating since that was a flaw with the architect or interior designers concept.

Breakfast was above average but not exceotional. Location was as anticipated and room size was abovce average. Hot tea or coffee , cookies, fresh fruit, candy and apartiff was available 24/7. This was exceptional. Whirlpool and sun deck were an added treat for a botique hotel in a downtown location. Location was quiet. Elevators were prompt . More than adequate lounge areas in hotel. Cost was reasonable for Jerusalem and Israel.

I really had not complaints about the hotel.

The staff was super helpful and very kind to our whole group! The property is very quaint, fun design, and clean. I really like the small number of rooms which makes it feel very personable and easy to hang out with our friends/ family in the seating areas. Breakfast has a nice large spread. Location was perfect!!

Nothing, everything was superb! 

Very good location, spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff. We were given free late check out given that we have a small baby and it was easier to get her to nap in the room before heading out to the airport which was super helpful.

Rooms aren't properly sound proof. We happened to be there during a national holiday, so we could hear cars and people all night. Housekeeping could have more attention to detail, nothing major but the mirror had stains as well as the bathroom basin.

The location of this hotel is great. Walking distance to almost everthing. Nicely appointed. The breakfast was delicious, keeping us full until dinner. Sufian was very attentive to our needs. Mohammed runs a great front desk. Kamar was always very helpful.

the breakfast was amazing and the location was absolutely perfect. walking distance to everything. this hotel is a hidden gem. also the best falafel in the city is up the street.

we loved everything. one day the coffee machine didn’t work.

It was an amazing space - great free kosher breakfast and Shabbat dinner (not free but wonderful), great rooms, and great neighborhood. Also a lovely balcony. Perfect!

I enjoyed the luxury of a balcony and the breakfast was tasty with a good variety.

Lobby staff were a little rude and impatient but pleasant enough to speak with overall. Just found I was ignored a little by the concierge while asking questions at the front desk.

there were some plumbing issues in the room - sink was clogged and toilet was running - that I asked to be fixed but weren't during my stay.

huge room, lovely hotel - great breakfast, bed and shower - and the location is perfect - you can walk to all the sites while being close to shops cafes and restaurants.
