Location is excellent. Quiet German Colony area with lots of cafes and restaurants. Short (1 mile) walk to Old City. property is beautiful with nice common areas. Staff was outstanding. Most of our interaction was with Suheir and she was outstanding. We’ve been all over the world and would put this hotel in the top 5 for value with a great combination of facilities, location, service and price.

Rooms are European small, but ours (room 307) had two lovely balconies. If you are in this amazing city you shouldn’t be spending time other than to sleep anyway.

This charming hotel is in a fantastic location for access to the German Colony, Emek Refaim, the mesila, and the first station. You can walk to the old city in 30 minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet and cheerful. I enjoyed having the balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated Suhair’s help with a variety of things. She made me feel very welcomed! If you want to get away from the touristy hotels, this is a great choice

There isn’t a restaurant, but there are many terrific restaurants nearby. I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room so I could keep some food on hand, particularly over Shabbat when restaurants are closed

Breakfast is at a restaurant located about 15 min walk from the hotel. The room was cosy and the location is great.

The shower needs some minor fixes.

Location was excellent, the courtyard with tables and chairs was a nice space to sit in at night and the front desk staff were so friendly, knew me by name, comped me breakfast for one day of my stay and were generally very willing to help out with anything I needed or just to get e with a smile and give me personalized attention whenever I passed through the lobby! The ice water tea and coffee in the lobby 24/7 was also a nice and welcome touch!

Don't love the mustard yellow paint choice in the rooms and also wish the complimentary water bottles in the room were flat water instead of soda water.

The staff were wonderful. Especially because the last day of our stay was the first day Hamas attacked Israel and we all woke up to missiles and sirens. The staff were on hand to direct and reassure us. They offered us an extra night if we needed it, and they got us our taxi to the airport where we did manage to get the last plane. They put us first throughout the day. Additionally the breakfasts at local restaurants Ben Ami and Caffit were fantastic.

On arrival there was a confusion about our rooms and we weren't given the room we expected. I was travelling with my 70 year old father and we ended up sharing quite a small twin room. That said, when the manager realised what had happened he did get the biggest room he could for us. This may have been a booking.com issue. Generally however, the room was comfortable and well furnished and the shower was good. The foyer was classy and the hotel itself felt comfortable and safe - when the Hamas attack happened they looked after us well.

This most pleasant experience starts with the very friendly and efficient staff, thanks to Suheir and Sufian. Excellent location just near to one of Jerusalem's main avenues, Emek Refaim, but at the same time very quiet. Charming villa, very inviting lobby where you can have coffee or tea. Pleasant, clean and quiet room, modern bathroom. I'll certainly be back when in Jerusalem.

Just a small thing: I arrived at dark and on Yehoshua Bin-Nun street the sign indicating that the main door is around the corner was not legible, it should be lit up at night. But it is really a little inconvenient, the whole experience was excellent.

The most beautiful building in the most quiet and beautiful street. The hotel is full of charm, smells wonderful, comfy bed... and above all - such hospitality from the team! Thank you Suheir for the upgrade and early check in. Made me feel very welcomed! I will sure return again for a longer stay.

I would have loved a breakfast at the hotel. Currently -you need to leave the hotel to have breakfast in a nearby cafe. However - it is easy to buy wonderful local food and eat in the beautiful courtyard or balcony - so it worked out well as it is!!

Small and very nice hotel in a garden and quiet and very nice neighbourhood. Excellent for visiting Jerusalem. In the hotel area wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Great for enjoying local food breakfast with local people. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful (booking taxis, retaurants, providing suggestions for sights to visit, etc). Very many thanks to Eman and Suheir for making our stay so nice! Rooms clean and with nice balconies overviewing beautiful gardens.
