The service was exceptional. The hotel could use a paint update. Especially in the rooms (at leastbin our room). Bathroom door was painted in a very sloppy way. But it didnt change how we feel about this hotel. I highly recommend it because of theot service an location

Maintenance of the hotel

It was a very good experience. I wish I had realized there is a lovely terrace on the third floor - which I was only made aware of on the day of departure. Maybe it could be better marked with signs by the elevators (and inside of the elevators). Staff was courteous. Will return!

I came with a group and had to extend my stay by one day, and wished to ensure that after making the booking with booking.com, I'd remain in the same room. It was only after mentioning the matter to the General Manager that it was resolved, after 3 days of inquiries with the front desk. I didn't feel that this simple request had to seem so complicated. At the end, it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Breakfast was plenty to choose from and the staff was amazing. And we were approached every morning asking if anything else we needed. Cleaning staff was excellent. Rooms and the bathroom were always cleaned thoroughly. Lady called Mart Ann ahwr another colleague were so friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for hosting us

We enjoyed our room with a very nice view of the old city of Jerusalem. we loved the sunroof porch on the 3rd floor and sat there at sunset enjoying a private quiet meal. the room was clean and comfortable. the décor is not new but that is not top on our list. the staff were very very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was nice. The location is great. we recommend to take a long walk from the old train station along the old tracks.

The location for the old city was perfect. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Reception staff were good, very helpful.

Service at the bar was slow - we had to find a member of staff. The security staff outside, at the entrance, did not greet us. Needs to be a more friendly, attentive attitude from all the staff.

The property is located close to the Old City in a quiet area. The rooms are quiet and well equipped. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. We want to thank Saba in particular for his help, patience and knowledge of Jerusalem. The breakfast is excellent. A pleasant experience.

Very spacious and clean room. Everything had a modern but classique chic. Parking was easy and included. The old town and downtown were about 10 minutes by foot away. There are good restaurants and cafes close by. The staff did a very good job and was helpful and kind. The hotel is a clear recommendation to everyone who wants a central but quiet and clean hotel. we will book again when in Jerusalem.

The Breaksfast was very good, better on Friday and Saturday. The room was good but we have little problems, like the malfunction of the refrigerator, and a filtration of water from the shower, and with dust when we arrive. But the room was very nice, confortable, and with a excelent view. The staff did very well, nice, Thanks a lot

My room was spacious, airy and it was a free upgrade. The hotel was well located for our plans, the air conditioning was strong and reliable, the bathrooms were spotless and the water pressure was great.

It would have been nice if the hotel had a pool, but it did not, and we knew that in advance.

You pay more for the Dan name but everything is clean and nice, even though at this hotel the rooms are small and could use a renovation. Walking distance to Old City.

Breakfast was OK and plentiful but seemed not as good quality as several years ago.
