Excellent location close to the old town of Jerusalem (20 min walk), the stop of number of buses nearby: 10 min to Jaffa gate or ca 20 min to the check point to reach Betlehem (then 40 min walk from the wall to the centre), quiet and priviliged quarter, cafe/restaurant on the grount floore, grocery shop at the neadby corner. The bedroom is devided from a living room with a kitchen corner, basic equipment is available incl. a fridge.

This mixture of apartment and hotel was perfect, especially since I stayed in Jerusalem for more than a week - my room included a small kitchenette with fridge, toaster, electric kettle, microwave etc., and the rooms were were simple, but comfortable and nice. The staff was very attentive and nice. In walking distance, there are cafés, grocery shops, a pharmacy, busses to the city center, Mt. Scopus and Givat Ram (university campus) and other parts of the city.

The wifi connection in my room was unstable – this can be a little off-putting, if you need to rely on wifi for work purposes.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I loved the location. I loved the quiet. I loved that I was able to do my laundry. I loved that there was plenty of room to store my things & space to relax.

The garbage in the bathroom should have been emptied every day & the floors should have been swept or at least a broom & dust pan should have been provided. I was disappointed that the kitchen area was not kosher.

We loved the relaxed and efficient manager Lior, who made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The 10% discount at the cafe downstairs was also a nice surprise! Finally the location was brilliant - very close to the centre of town but still quiet and suburban

This place is good for what it offers; small apartments with a little bit of kitchen (fridge, sink, microwave). It's a little tired (appliances, furniture, lighting are showing their age) but it is comfortable and is in an excellent location. Lior and his staff are all very nice and helpful. The people involved were all great.

Some surfaces were dusty, the cup on the sink had yucky gunk in bottom and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time (I didn't use it). The flooring in bathrooms looks old. fixtures are showing their age.

Everything was great overall. The little apartment was attractive and very workable. We liked that there was a television in both the living area and the bedroom. We loved the cafe and that it has long hours. We loved that there were places to buy groceries nearby and other shops. The neighborhood seems very safe. Also we were close to the bus stop, which made it easy to get around without a car.

The internet was poor, even where we were told it was good. That was quite frustrating. We were only able to connect to the unsecured network - we were never able to get into the secured one, even with help from the gentleman in reception. Also, there is no top sheet on the bed, which means it's either the very warm comforter or nothing. Fortunately, we brought an extra sheet of our own and used that. Lastly, the comforter only went from the top edge o the mattress to the top edge of the mattress on the other side. It was too narrow to really work well.

Location is excellent, lovely neighbourhood with nice shops and restaurants and easy access to public transport. Staff particularly Lior could not have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome and looked after.

It is not a kosher flat but staff provided what we needed for Shabbat and we bought disposables. Our fridge was very small but our son who was in another apartment for only 3 nights had a full size fridge.

The cleaning guy was lovely. Went above and beyond in trying to make sure we were comfortable. Reservations were smooth and the manager was flexible to our needs in terms of check out times and a last minute date change. Location is wonderful for experiencing the residential experience of Jerusalem. Good amenities and well stocked room.

The sofa bed and cot were quite uncomfortable.

The hotel is new, clean and well equipped. The location is great: wealthy quiet district, close to transport lines and local stores. Has own parking, we left here a car and got to Old city, places of interest and museums by bus about 20-30 minutes. Pleasant helping staff. We took breakfasts served in the restaurant in the same building, large and tasty.

If you take a breakfast, check that you got the vauchers for the restaurant. Also keep in mind that in our case with salon sofa opened for childrens bed it took all the room

It was clean and reasonably comfortable, good location, very nice and helpful staff.

The internet here is not good. It takes a long time to load pages, and at times is “unavailable.” Patience is required.
