The last time we stayed in Jaffa, we stayed in a place very near Market House. But we ended up going to Market House almost everyday to have coffee. So we decided to try Market House this time and as soon as we checkin in, the amazing experience with the most friendliest staff started. The room that we requested was exactly the room we had. Then all the amazing experience started to unfold like the sumptuous breakfast spread that they served everyday. We spent at least 2 hours enjoying the good food, fresh juice and good cup of coffee. In the afternoon starting at 5pm to 8pm cocktails is served. Local Israeli wines, paired with nuts, dates, vegetables and many more. The location is near the clock tower and flea market. Around the area are countless stores, restaurants, bars and other interesting shops. But what we like most about Market House that we will never forget are the people that run the hotel. They are the most friendliest staff we’ve ever experienced in any hotel in the world we travelled. For me and my wife, Market House is our second home and a family away from home. Market House will be our home when we are in Tel Aviv.

We like everything. Market House is close to perfection.

Beautifully decorated hotel, in a great location. There are many restaurants, cafes & markets nearby and the beach & port are in walking distance. I have been blessed to stay in over 500 mainly 5 star hotels in nearly 100 countries.. and I would rate the breakfast as one of the top 5 that I have ever had. I loved the selection of salads, smoked salmon, cheeses and freshly baked bread. In the evenings there is a great street vibe with bands playing in the street; I loved the street art. As a frequent traveler I appreciated the small things... tissues in a packet, reception gave me sachets of sunscreen lotion for my day trips and a great room spray gift on my departure.

Just a few suggestions: 1) for housekeeping to clean the mirrors and shower doors daily 2) I appreciated being moved to a room with a walk in shower. Suggest to remove the baths and convert into walk in showers in the other rooms.

* The location in Jaffa - loads of great bars, restaurants & shops * The decor of the hotel is modern * Complimentary drink on arrival * The breakfast is great * Complimentary drinks and food between 5-8 each day (this was amazing!) * The beach bags (towel, water, sun cream) that they provide * The hire of the bikes * The staff very efficient and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble! * Good selection of tv and film channels * Complimentary apples and sweets in reception and the free gift on departure

* The room and bathroom was very small * The bathroom had a sliding door which had a gap so very little privacy. You could hear everything! This was my main issue.

The standards in this hotel are really high, but what really got us excited about the hotel is the staff. Everyone was so generous and nice, which really made for a great stay. The breakfast is one of the best breakfasts you can get in the area (which we absolutely loved) and the location is right in the center of the shops and restaurants of Jaffa (and closing the windows reduced the noise from the city)

It's a pet friendly hotel, so the carpet had a lot of dog hair in it. Once we requested it to be cleaned it was immediately removed to make the room more comfortable, so it's not that big of a deal

A very pleasant hotel, very well placed in Jaffa. The people here are very helpful and friendly, they do their best for you to enjoy your stay. They offer many advantages like free beverages all time, free bicycle to visit around, towel water and sunscreen for your beach escape,... The decoration and the ambiance are great. Overall it's a very good experience to stay in this hotel for few days. We enjoyed a lot our stay.

On the low side the rooms are not very large, and the terrasse is more a balcony, and I would recommend them to level up the maintenance (few small tap leaks in bathroom, electric sockets were not working and Internet connection was not very stable in the room).

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Then when the October 7, 2023 Hammas attack on Israel happened and we left the country early, the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. For example, they went above and beyond when they helped us with answering e-mails in Hebrew to the airline companies.

I didn't fully appreciate the compactness of the room that we requested (410 I think it was). But that was helped significantly by the very large deck facing out to the Mediteranean Sea and sweeping views of Tel Aviv.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, extremely stylish and had vibes of Soho house which is always a bonus. There was a slight mix up with our room but this was resolved quickly and effectively by the fantastic staff. Beach bags with towels, water and suncream were provided and free drinks and nibbles were provided every evening - this was a really lovely touch and made our stay memorable. Fantastic location in the heart of fantastic Jaffa. This was the best hotel we stayed in when visiting Israel for 10 days and I can't recommend highly enough. Thank you :)

Rooms were a little tired, paint coming off the walls and toilet door etc. The shower had limescale which could have been cleaned Rooms a little small

First, the location is fantastic. Jaffa is an amazing neighborhood and the Market House, a block from the Clock Tower, is walking distance from everything in Jaffa, as well as the southern Tel Aviv beaches, the Carmel shuk, and many other locations. You really get the experience of being in a different, more diverse, more interesting area than staying in other areas of Tel Aviv, like the hotel row on the beach. But besides the location, the hotel is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful, the included breakfast buffet has a wide variety of tasty foods(including freshly individually-made dishes like omelets and shakshuka), the afternoon happy hour provides a nice snack, the beach bags with towels are convenient, and the shower has powerful water.

Great location, beautifully laid-out. The walls of an ancient building visible through glass floor panes was an unexpected and fascinating touch. The hotel is a short walk to both Old Jaffa / Yafo, and the sea. In addition, the happy hour was a nice touch for weary, hungry travelers. Finally, we were travelling early, and the staff provided a boxed breakfast for us. We’d like to give a shout out to Avi, who was excellent, and gave us great advice about places to see, and restaurant recommendations.

No complaints.

Fantastic location - right in the heart of the flea market, 10 min walk from the nearest beach. There are many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping stores. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with amazing breakfast, and very friendly staff!

It is in the middle of the flea market therefore during the day/morning hours is a bit noisy - nothing serious unless you are very sensitive to noise. I guess this is the price to pay for being in the center of things. This is a Kosher hotel - so during Shabat, there is no omelet or french machine coffee at breakfast
