The Staff were friendly and extremely helpful

During our visit taxi strike, as such we found it extremely difficult to get to the property from Milan using public transportation particularly the buses.

HOUSEKEEPING WAS TO A HIGH STANDARD. I STAYED 3 NIGHTS AND MY SHEETS GOT CHANGED AND FRESH TOWELS. THE HALL WAS A BIT MESSY AS THE CARPET STANK OF SHAKE AND VAC. THE ROOM FLOORS WERE PANELS SO HYGENIC. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND AT 6AM AS ALL OF THE GUESTS WERE AT THE DOG SHOW AND LEFT EARLY,

The room and bathroom are clean and nice. Solid size. The bed is great for sleeping, especially for people with back problems, like me. I woke up in the morning rested and without pain.

The nice impression was spoiled by the carpet in the corridor between the rooms. It was full of blemishes. The room is nice and clean, so it's really a shame that something like that spoils the whole impression. Also quite far from Milano Centrale. We changed three transports.

A clean room, nice atmosphere, and a great list for eating as the brackfast. It has also a good access to the city center with a bus stop nearside. I strongly recommend this place; the price really worth!

The air conditioning was not great, and I feel a bit cold during my stay. In addition, I could not access to the WiFi (maybe because the instruction was not available).

Good location, some shops in the neighborhood, a lot of parking space. Very nice people, rooms are OK,, breakfast is decent. Good experience. Recommend!

I am a horticulturist, so for me the garden is important... The plants outside have some diseases (mildew on Euonymus japonicus i.e.), also the whole outside area can look better... Some elevator buttons didn't work very well.

Great hotel, very clean around the property (even though at first the neighbourhood looked creepy and not very clean) Close to metro stations to go to Milano (around 15 minutes by metro) and around 15 min on foot to get to those metro stations. Good breakfast and very nice staff :)

The walls are a bit too thin and you can hear the guests in the rooms nearby.

Very comfortable beds!! Clean enough. Very kind and welcoming staff. Good coffee!

The room was supposed to be soundproof - it definitely was NOT. There was a loud group of people staying next door disturbing us well into the late hours. Breakfast was too sweet (very little neutral /savoury choice) and a bit chaotic to navigate (some things were served, some were self-service, some were missing completely).

Neat and tidy - good value for money with breakfast included. located close to the highway passing through to Venice

Not the best area or places to eat nearby Staff weren’t very organised for breakfast the second morning - lots of things were missing and it was hard to get their attention. It was good the first morning

clean. friendly staff. location is ideal for travellers for exhibitions in fiera.

need to upgrade the variety of the breakfast a bit. distance from the centre and public transportation especially at nights

Place is comfortable, clean and at a good spot if you got a car. There are excellent restaurants in the area, that we had to discover through internet, as reception was not well informed on these. Room was big and with good heating. Breakfast as described.

Stuff looked lost in breakfast, and couple of times we just left. Also reception did not have any suggestions for restaurants.
