Friendly reception lady that was on duty. bar men great.breakfast host amazing.hotel is quite.clean.waitress very attentive to geusts.

The gentleman at reception desk (9th May) on evening schedule..could not get his name OPENLY rude in sense he discriminate between visitors .As I have felt he don't apply all hotel rules for ever geust who visit they friends.one walk straight in no questions ask for identity or who he might visit.few minutes later he demands identity from another and preach on hotel rules..let rules be for everyone.not who u feel don't fit enter the hotel...one dress professional and u ain't demanding I'd.or if covid pass is valid... next one u demands a list of your rules and regulations cause he dressed a little trashy..I assume he didn't fit in.and they were both my friends..can u justify that..

The room was really gorgeous, the bathroom in particular. The bed was ridiculously comfy, most likely the best nights' sleep I've ever gotten. The pool was also nice and warm, every time I went it was completely empty or only had one other person in. I also appreciated the fact the hotel room was cleaned daily as not all hotels over this service, I jus really like coming back to a made bed! And finally, the hotel also offer a free hourly shuttle service to the nearest metro station!

The breakfast selection definitely could've been better, particular the amount of hot foods, only eggs and bacon were on offer. Also the dinner menu did not have a vast selection of options.

I like the place, it has a posh ambiance. It is clean, and the receptionists are nice, they gave us water when we arrived and when we check out. They are very helpful, the breakfast is good too. It has a pool and gym...the pool is cold but I like it...just okay for me but my husband said it is too cold for him, so I didn't stay longer. Also another good thing is that they offer a free shuttle to bring you to the metro station.

The place itself is good, just the location is a problem if you don't bring your car and since we didn't bring a car, it was a problem to us going there, I didn't expect that going there, we have to walk far with our luggage and we needed to pass a very dark tunnel, so please if you are a woman and you are alone, take a taxi to go there...also just recommendation to check the drainage from time to time because in our room, it didn't work well, we spent time unclogging it, so we can take a shower well without the water overflowing to our bedroom from the shower. That's it but overall, it was ok, they offer free shuttle going to the metro station when you check out, just have to book it.

The hotel has a gym and swimming on the 14th floor with an amazing view. Nice rooms with a good a lot of big windows. The staff was amazing and Marco was the best. My daughter arrived before I arrived in Milan and upon arrival she was robbed. When I called the hotel still from my home, Marco made sure that the shuttle bus took her from the metro station to the hotel and he wait for her with water and candies. They helped her to call the police.

Breakfast consisted of a great selection. There is plenty to suit all tastes Coffee was really good.😋 Room was lovely although the blinds were a bit battered. I was lucky to have a beautiful view. Really functional gym and pool.

The location was not great. Took too long to get in and out of the centre of Milan.

We experienced a comfortable stay, great breakfast and very good gym and swimming pool facilities. Room cleaning service was excellent and all the staff was above expectations

The only drawback was its location as it is out of the Milan Central City. If you have a car, it is not a problem at all, but without it, the public transport access isn't that easy, especially with family and kids

Staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and maintained. Breakfast was awesome.

There is no heating to the pool, either the water or the atmosphere. Room temperature was just a couple of percent hotter then outside temperature which in late November means about 10-12 degrees celsius. We had smokers room and windows were impossible to open plus there was no good ventilation.

The hotel was amazing. The people on reception were awesome. The bartenders were lovely. It is an extra special added touch that there is a shuttle to one of the train stations nearby. The hotel helped me make reservations at a nearby restaurant.

There was a lady with short hair who worked in the restaurant who had a terrible attitude. She made us wait for a very long time to be seated and was rude when serving us.
