Milan Suite Hotel

The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom . It was clean, beds were very comfortable. Hotel was nice and quiet and staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Location had good links to city centre, with the bus 57 right outside and the number 1 Tram 3 minutes walk.

Nothing. But would have been useful to have a waste bin in the room ( the only bin was in the bathroom).

Rooms, and it was great. The bed was huge and very comfortable. All amenities in the bathroom were very good and the addition of the terrace was very nice, it was on the ground floor and we were worried we'd feel we were on the street but this was not the case and our stay was great. We didn't have breakfast at the property but we did see it laid out and it seemed nice. There was great access to transport from the hotel to the city centre, it took around 30 mins on the metro and bus. There is a bus stop not very far from the hotel which was very good, the tram stop is also very easily located. The hotel itself was very clean and safe, I believe after midnight they put shutters down and you have to call reception for the doors to be opened. I lost my earring in the sink and the lovely people at the hotel managed to retrieve it for me, I was very grateful and it's so great to see that they go above and beyond for guests. We also loved the addition of all the mini kits in the room, more hotels need to do this as a lot of hotels have become so basic and don't even provide a good old sewing kit! We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family friends.

I liked the very convenient location of the hotel as I came for work. Very cozy, clean, comfortable and it was very warm in the room as I always get cold. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 4*, but I can tell by the feeling you can assign 5*. Keep it up, you guys are great! I recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel, top notch service from staff, varied and delicious breakfast. Nice local people. No worries for safety at all, 57 bus straight into milan city centre in 20 minutes, bus stop is on the hotels doorstep literally Check in staff always more than happy to help, always responded straight away. Value for money is amazing here, for what we payed for the room we chose, its a no brainer compared to the super inflated prices further into the centre. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone 100%.

Nothign really, only having a severe dusty allergy myself and my partner did cough alot during the night. Not sure if it was the air system or bedding or dust on curtains,surfaces but something triggered us. But did not complain.

The rooms were actually small apartments - that big! Nice and clean. The staff is friendly and adequate.

Parking was a nightmare. And it's still January, imagine what would it be in the spring or summer... One day I had to park the car two blocks away which is really annoying. There is an option to park in the hotel underground parking but you must pay around 20€ per night which is a joke. The other thing we didn't like was the heating in the room. For some reason it automatically goes down over night with a few degrees to become unpleaesnt. You gotta go to reception and ask them to increase the temperature as you're not able to do it yourself. Breakfasts shouldn't be that expensive (16-18€) for what's offered. Beisde that it's a decent hotel In the suburbs of Milano

Really nice hotel close to the centre of Milan with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The apartments although they are small they feel quite spacious. They had a really modern design and were maintained daily and kept really clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again as it was really good value for money.

1. I would have liked a small kitchenette as there is a microwave in the room, a mini fridge and a kettle but it means if you need to wash up after eating or make a cup of coffee/tea you need to use the toilet sink which is fine but slightly annoying! 2. Laundry prices are extremely expensive… 3. Parking is extra and quite expensive (we paid 18€ per day)

It was fabulous! There was nothing the staff couldn’t do for you without any hassle at all, they were all so friendly. The little touches the cleaners done for us everyday and the power banks you provide are absolute lifesavers! Plus the ghds! Loved the extra security at nighttime with the shutter out front which made us feel super safe & the pillows were to die for! Bravo, absolutely Bella!! 💖

There was nothing we didn’t like, the location was a wee bit unsettling in the day as 2 female travellers as lots of men that stare but that could just be the norm in Milan and nothing on the hotel. Bus stop outside the hotel which gets you to town in 20 mins so you always feel safe and secure

My friends and I stayed in 3 rooms. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and of a really good size. A large bathroom with great water pressure. There was a separate bath to shower. There were excellent curtains that allowed complete blackout. We had breakfast one of the mornings, which had a great selection. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay at this accommodation again. They were very kind to have a birthday note and wine for my room on my birthday.

More sussgestions, than issues: the rooms have kitchenette facilities, and it was disappointing they were not stocked with items like wine glasses, etc. It would be my preference not to have to ask for such items. From my understanding, there were no facilities for evening drinks in the downstairs area. This would have been nice in the evening before going out for dinner.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Milan Suites Hotel and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to come back to after a long day exploring the city. What really stood out to me was the ease of check-in and the wonderful atmosphere that the hotel provided - it was a refreshing change from the normal corporate hotel experience. The hotel was incredibly guest-centric, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were taken care of promptly. One of the little things that I really appreciated was the complimentary portable WiFi that I could use around the city. This made it so much easier for me to stay connected and navigate my way around Milan. The check-in process was exceptionally quick, and the staff were always available to help me plan my day around Milan, including booking cabs in a matter of minutes. The 24/7 WhatsApp concierge service was also incredibly helpful, providing me with support and assistance while I was out and about in Milan. The attention to detail about the needs of the guests was truly impressive. Leonardo and Nicolas, in particular, were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible and that all of my needs were met. I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service. Overall, I would highly recommend Milan Suites Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Milan. The hotel is truly exceptional, and the staff are second to none. everything was wonderful.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We stayed here with my fiancé for 4 nights. The hotel and rooms are very stylish and stocked with all nescessities I didn’t even know i needed, like a hair dryer, slippers, body wash, shampoo, cream, customery water and more. In the room there was plenty of storage space, a huge TV, comfortable big bed, a minibar, a microwave, a kettle and I am surely forgetting something. We appreciated all the attention to detail, like a fresh jug of water with fruit prepared many times a day at the reception. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The transport to the centre is easy, you can choose to take a bus or a tram, as you prefer. Taxis can also be ordered. It is about 40 minutes away from the center by transport which is probably the only slight annoyance but we appreciated that the area was calm, easy to find and parking was available at the property if you have a car. We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and would like to come back one day.
