The location and the luggage storage arrangement after the check out.

My room was next to the reception and the parking and the laundry room so it was quite noisy! If you add to that, the absence of window shades, it was difficult to sleep after the first light of the day.

We arrived late and there was no problem and Dario picked us up at the airport for a small fee! We stayed for a weekend and it was a nice place to rest after a long day of walking through beautiful Bergamo. The bed was confortable and the room was big, as well as the bathroom. The sheets and the towels were clean. The heating was on and so the temperature was confortable. There was a common kitchen with drinks on the fridge for sell, it was very convenient for water. Great location! Breakfast was on a caffe close by so don't expect an hotel breakfast, but we really enjoyed the experience of going to the italian caffe. Everyone was very nice. Great value for money, recommend!

The only thing I think can improve is the cleaning, as the room was a bit dusty. But nothing that ruined the stay.

The owner was very communicative even before my arrival, the room was clean and cozy.

The room was too warm, there was only a fan, which did not cool the air at all. I did not like that breakfast was provided to me even after I demanded it. However, I paid for accomadation with breakfast included. Finally, I was provided with breakfast in a nearby café - coffee and 1 stuffed croissant.

Great location near train station, kind owner, cute room and possibilty of using kitchen with fridge.

Nights without AC were horrible. Breakfast in caffee near accommodation was great but for men small.

Seemed strange at first to have no reception but the Prenditempo system worked great for me Messaged my arrival and departure time beforehand. Rang tel no on the door when I got there and was immediately remotely let in and directed to my room. It was a good size with lovely bathroom. The key was in the door so I could come and go anytime. Met by Dario next morning and taken to lovely coffee shop for coffee and pastry. He also booked me a taxi for my early departure which arrived spot on time at 5.00. Location is great at only 8 mins walk from bus and train station. Loads of shops bars and restaurants very close by.

This was a clean, quiet, competitively-priced room not so far from the Bergamo train station. Without going into all the nitty gritty, I had some problems on my trip around Lake Garda which caused me to arrive quite late in Bergamo. The host worked with me and buzzed me in at a later hour. I thought the bed was comfy and I liked the modernistic decor. The bathroom was modern and the fan was helpful in cooling things off. The location was quiet during the evening so great for a peaceful rest. I found the location really convenient for getting to and from the train station... and also for getting to the Alta Citta, which is a must-see when in Bergamo.

Really nice, big room, big and comfy bed. Convenient bathroom. Towels and toiletries included. TV and fan in the room. Nice location, view on the beautiful old church, super close to the old town and quite close to the train station. Friendly staff. We could leave our backpacks on the reception before check in and early check in was also possible without additional cost. There is kitchen and garden available in the building.

No a/c. The fan was located in such bad place that even when it was working, the air was not reaching our bed completely. Not enough sockets in the room.

If you need to sleep a few nights to go to the airport then or just to make a holiday in Lombardia, I recommend everyone Bergamo. For me, Bergamo would always be an option instead of Milan. Prenditempo is one of the best places to stay, because it is about 400 meters from the center of Bergamo bassa, where there are nice caffès, restaurants, colourful buildings and a great atmosphere!

I stayed in a very comfy, large and beautiful room at Prenditempo, but I won’t give 5/5, because it was a bit cold for me and the room had a double bed. But in terms of location and services, it is a place that I consider for my next trips to Bergamo. Pay attention, Bergamo could be a friendly place to eat and go out, but the hotels are a bit expensive.
