The location is good; the breakfast is just the bread, cookies, yogurt and a bottle of water with you to take; a cup of tea and coffee you can make also: 1 per day is counted... the room is separate with the separate shower and toilet, but in the general apartment with the other rooms and the main kitchen, frig -- this info is required to be clear beforehand! The owner is rather supportive: ordered a taxi by phone to the airport as it was impossible to order the taxi online.... the peculiarities of Bergamo...

It is better to indicate, that the owner is not at the place all the time:: it is B&B (an apartment in the city - a nice one, but with the information required to know before the arrival)!, that the owner, is not in place; we were waiting for around 2 hours to receive the keys and enter the room....

Eleonora and her team really make the best of Ciccio B&B by providing quality service for the money they charge. Perfect location in case you want to travel same as us, for example, to the lake Iseo. Easy to find from the street (just follow the signs). Always clean rooms, spacious enough, u. Nicely designed (we stayed in room 11). Strong wi-fi (we have been to different places in Italy, wi-fi has always been an issue). Eleonora speaks good English, she was in touch when we needed some help and advice. Good breakfast: coffee, jams, cereals, cake, some fruit, juice, yougurts. It's very difficult to stay hungry :)

The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It was easy to find and was in a nice central location. The breakfast and snacks provided were good, and the coffee machine/ tea and coffee station was great.

As a solo traveller I found all the doors partly comforting, but also slightly worrisome. I did not feel comfortable walking down through the gates onto the street in the dark as the stairs/ gate were not well lit (I admit I may have missed the light switch!). Also the radiator in the bathroom was very loud and clunky, I think just due to its age!

Great Location. We had quick access to everyplace. The owner cleaned the rooms daily. We were impressed with how clean everything was. There was an awesome little cafe close to the B&B. We went there for coffee and croissants daily although breakfast is included. You could walk up the street and get directly to the upper Citta. It’s a beautiful walk.

The only complaint I have was the doors were very noisy. Every time the other visitors went to their shared bathroom, it was incredibly loud. At first we thought that people were fighting and slamming doors. It’s not the owners fault, just people not being courteous when moving about.

Basically, as it was my first solo trip with my son I was looking for something with a good location, a breakfast and a good realation price/quality. Ciccio B&B has all of it :) The Owner was really nice (no problem in communication in English) and helpful. Breakfast was tasty (especially my son fell in love with little Nutella). As for location - it is around 7 min to bus stop of Line 1 with which you can reach the Upper City. Also, near the flat are also markets and restaurants. Definitely it is a very good place to sleep while you are in Bergamo.

Good location, air conditioning, friendly staff.

We had a room with small window under sealing that was like 2m+ from the floor so couldn’t see outside. Under the bed was lots of dust, no proper cleaning was done. There was small kitchen area but no dishes, bowls, cups or silverware at the property, so no use for the electric kettle. Also no cereal as shown on the photos and written in description. Rental cars are not aloud to drive close to the property. No free parking nearby, ~1.5km to some free parking spots.

Location was great, central but quiet. Good restaurants very close by. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. The hostess gave us a good restaurant tip and was helpful.

Breakfast was limited but fine if you like sweet things in the morning. Our room and bathroom were chilly but the weather was cold the weekend we stayed.

The location is great once you find your bearings. I arrived in the darkness and walked from the bus station and though following Google maps it was a bit confusing but the location is great surrounded by beautiful old buildings and cafes.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like.

Breakfast was basic but to the point, the room was nice and the location was amazing, right in the center of the "basso" town and I would recommend staying here to other people! And I would definitely stay again.

For me nothing was bad.

Really nice stay, place was comfortable and very clean. My feeling was that the owners really loved what they do, they cared for the place well :) We liked that in the bathroom in basket was left shampoos, hairspray, sunscreen etc for guests to be used, it gave us homely feeling.
