Neo Hotel

The hotel was really nice and calm, the room was super-clear. In the bathroom there was always enough toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo, dental kit, vanity set and even intimate wash. There was also a nice tv with Netflix app that we could use. The breakfast was sufficient, not the best I ever had, but was good. You can choose from scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, variety of hams and cheeses, some vegetables and fruits, cereals, bread, jams, chocolate spread, coffee, tea, some different types of milk (rice and soya). What I personally would highlight is the pastry bar. There was big variety of sweet and salty pastries, everything was fresh and very tasty. In the middle of the hotel, there in beautiful outside space with sofas and tables. I can imagine that in summertime, it would be wonderful to sit there and have a nice chill. Overall I would recommend to stay in this hotel.

It is located a little bit far from city center but there is quite good access to public transport. Every day we went around the corner to the bus station, took bus number 83 to the station Comasina, we changed to the metro there and went straight to the city center to the station Duomo. It took us 30-40 minutes depending on the bus timetable. In the hotel room we would really appreciate better coat hangers. They were constantly falling down with our jacket, even in the middle of the night, which woke us up.

Staff was great; the room was big, clean and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast was great too. Our car was in underground garage. The bus station was right on the corner, tickets you can buy from Tabacheria; also there is supermarket there; it seems far away from the city center, BUT we know the area and it was not a problem; you can take the bus 708 or 783 and then the Metro/Subway and in 30 minutes you are at the Duomo. We will come back in March, so we love this hotel !!!

Overall, a great experience. Would highly recommend. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was also enjoyable. The room was a bit bigger than we expected, and the cleaning service was spot on.

The location was advertises as being in Milan. However, as we made our way to the location, we passed a sign telling us we are leaving Milan. We were not familiar with the "commune" system. As such, the correct location should be "Milan Metropolitan Area". To be mentioned this location problem was not on the hotel, but on the booking.com platform. With that being said, this is 45 minutes from the city centre, and the area is very peaceful.

The hotel is very neat, we had a nicely decorated room which was also very clean. Our bed was comfortable. The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. There is a dedicated parking lot for guests either outside (free of change) or in the garage (5 EUR per night) - if you would like to park your car in the garage, it is possible to make a reservation in advance. Breakfast was tasty and there was a nice selection of sweets and desserts.

The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center - it is necessary to use bus + metro to get there. The public transport tickets can be bought in tobacco kiosks near the bus stations (you can ask at the reception for directions to the nearest one). The area where breakfast is served is not very big and it can get pretty crowded if the hotel is full (e.g. during the weekends).

The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, the rooms were clean and you could set the temperature as hot as you wanted. the staff was kind, friendly, smiling and they answered any question, helped us with directions about places to eat and how to get to the metro to go to Milan. The hotel is a 10-minute drive to the metro line that connects to the Duomo in Milan. There was a multi-story parking lot where I could leave the car for only 2 euros (6 hours). The breakfast was very tasty, the restaurant was big and clean. we would definitely return to this hotel!

it was great to stay here for a couple of days, really kudos, Especially for the reception staff, the girl with long curly hair, and the hairless man with blue eyes. In general, everyone is very nice and kind, only these two in particular. I hope that maybe someday the road will lead us to this hotel again, we would be happy. Nina and Mihajlo, room 140.

The room was very big and nice, clean,nice bed linen,with open wardrobe and TV,table,chair,sofa,fridge but the drinks from fridge wasn't for free. Coffee machine was missing from our room as we saw and it was saying on description supposed to be there. There is tooth brush and paste, soap,shower gel and disposable slippers.

Restaurants staff are very raisist and not friendly at all, we ordered carbonara pasta and we didn't expect to be with lamb meat,the taste was awful and we didn't ate we just paid €45 and left and they didn't ask why and if they can cook something different for us,so no respect for customers, awful service. Plus we paid vat too,also on check out they charged us extra €4 for town tax,that we stay one night,that was awful honestly as we stay one night for what we paid £89. I will also suggest to pay more attention at shower as they are not looking clean,sink and toilet are fain.

1) Location. Might be doubtful at first sight, but: quiet, green, few bars and groceries around. 2) Friendly staff. Had to borrow many little essentials from them, every time i was welcomed and satisfied. 3) Spacious bathroom. Clearly nothing else to add. 4) Decent soundproof. Zero sounds from nearby street, almost nothing from the corridor. 5) Breakfast. Solid, many typical solutions to choose from.

1) Despite there is an option to pay at the desk, hotel will try to hold 100% a week before your trip. Otherwise they will cancel your booking. 2) Literally zero kitchen essentials at the room: no cups, glasses, kettle, etc. Easy solvable by approaching the desk, but still. 3) Bathroom window couldnt be opened because there were no handle.

the breakfast is normal. the room was clean and tidy .parking space is near and easy to use. staffs are polite and friendly.

There is no electric kettle and Paper towels in the room. the breakfast is not complete at the level of a 4-star hotel and is very good .it does not have normal breakfast cheese. the cakes and fruits are not so fresh. it is far from the subway .you should use the bus and the bus line unfortunately works unit 8 pm .
