Close to the tube station. Apartment was nice and well equipped. I slept really well.

I did not liked to be asked paying additional cleaning fee that was not stated at the time of reservation, which I mentioned to the receptionist and she quickly changed her mind and said I didn't have to pay it. However it left a bad taste in my mouth. If hotel wants to charge additional fees they should clearly mention that on the website.

A little outside central Milan but with a choice of frequent public transport options. The surrounding area is residential with shops, cafes and restaurants which are high quality and reasonably priced - used by the locals. The apartment is just as described and a comfortable base from which to explore Milan and the surrounding area.The air conditioning and WiFi both worked well. I would certainly stay here again.

I would have liked a pod coffee machine in the apartment, but there is a very good vending machine in reception, and of course superb cafes just a few minutes walk away. There was a bit of "roll together" with the sofa bed, but we were only using that to give our teenager some privacy in the main bedroom. The main beds were very comfy.

Great location, near public transport, in calm and safe place. Nearby great shopping place with very delicious food, as well as good restaurants. Easy to find, good directions if you are checking in late after reception opening time. Air conditioning and window blinds help to keep apartment in perfect temperature even in the hottest weather. Fridge and stove in kitchen so you can prepare your meal. Cleaning done in every 2 days, so you get clean towels and garbage taken out. Very friendly and helpful staff.

All was great. Would only suggest to add toaster and microwave in the kitchen zone, so it would be possible to choose more variety of food from local shop.

Family visit was just as we were looking for. Perfect location, just few minutes from the metro station, and great supermarket just behind the corner. Street public parking, charging by hour during working days, is available on site and near by. New, modern property, with great comfy apartment-type room with big terrace was just perfect. Room is really spatious, clean and well equiped. Wending machine at the reception lobby was of great help, especcially for the kids. Special thanks to our friendly and kind hosts, who give us all necessary information and hints about the city. Everything went smoothly, and we really enjoy our stay. It would be our choice again next time. All recomendations to everyone.

Clean room and facilities, clean bed linen and kitchen utensils. There were enough pots and other things to cook and eat in the apartment (electric kettle, pasta colander, knives, plates, glasses and cups). The hotel is very close to the subway station and a big supermarket.

As it usually happens in many places, the pan was not in good condition and there was no any spatula, but we didn’t need it. Also we found uncomfortable lack of hooks for clothes or towels (both in the room and the bathroom). The rest was good.

The staff were all really lovely. The hotel is right by a metro station which can take you into the centre of the city in around 10 minutes. The facilities were clean. They offered shower gel and towels in the bathroom if you needed them. They even had a bidet for anyone who likes to use those. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d recommend!

There was honesty nothing that I disliked. The beds didn’t have a duvet and it was just a sheet. Other than that, I had no problems at all.

Modern and nice interior, clean and quite spacious bathroom, well equipped kitchen, a nice terrace. Convenient location, very close to metro and other public transport, also within a reasonable walking distance from the central station. Communication with the staff before the arrival and self check in was smooth, no problem with late check in.

It was a bit noisy and the sofa-bed in the living room was a little bit uncomfortable. However, it didn't affect much our stay, overall we were very satisfied and would willingly stay here again.

The Aparment was very big for only two people and it was very clean. The staff was friendly and the Apartment is very close to supermarkets and the Metro Station.

Unfortunately the apartments are situated on a main street. It was very very loud at night even with closed windows, so sleeping was difficult. Make sure you ask for an apartment which does not face the main street. A coffee machine in the room would be a nice extra touch, although there is a vending machine in the lobby.

The layout and set-up of the apartment met every need for our group. The location was easy to find, very close to the metro and the street parking was easy and safe. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a nice, cosy hangout in Milan. Vinceno in reception welcomed us very warmly and was very helpful in directing us as we found our way around Milan. We highly recommend this BBHotel as it is a great place to stay with excellent value for money.

Nothing, It met our expectations

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed something. The facilities were great, but we would like to have a baking tray in the kitchen. The location was quite good, that being 200m from metro station and it has Esselunga in it's vicinity.

As for negatives, there was a lot of noise coming from the building itself (we would like better soundproofing). Even though the location is good, the distance to the city centre is long for everyday walking, so expect buying a metro ticket. The cleanliness of the kitchen utensils could be also improved, some of them were sticky (you can clean them yourself, but still something I would like to point out).
