Hotel Bicocca

The rooms are really spacious and clean. They offer free parking on site which is great because usually you pay a lot of money for parking at a hotel in Milan. The hotel is in a good area which is not so touristy and close to a metro station where you can reach the city centre in no time. Value for money is good and the price is really fair. The staff gave us an amazing recommendation for a nearby local restaurant! Great wifi!

The hotel stated they have a "24 hour front desk" which in reality is the staff sleeping on the couch in the lobby so whenever you come back to the hotel you have to ring a bell to wake her up to get your key to the room. I personally felt bad for waking her up when we came back to the hotel at 2am so for me this was not the ideal situation but if you just want a place to sleep for a reasonable price, this is your hotel.

Me and my friend (2 girls) stayed there for 2 nights. Everything was super clean, comfortable bed and bathroom and the room had everything we needed and more. I was very pleasantly surprised. It might seem really quiet when you get there because the door is closed but you just ring the bell and the lady is always in the reception to let you in even very late at night/early morning. It is very close to the metro station , just a 5 minute walk. As for the lady , unlike with many reviews in here, I found her really polite. She will just explain some of rules to you -which I found pretty understandable- that you have to respect. If you do that the lady will never ever disturb you. We had no problem with her at all , on the contrary we found her very nice. If you are searching for a place where you can be noisy or smoke and have fun then this is not the place for you. Don’t let some reviews fool you , if you are respectful and want a decent cheap place to sleep at night this is a good choice.

Staff and location very great and it is five min to the metro station in a safe location and quiet area. You can sit in the garden if you like, the house cat is very friendly.

For me it was fine and yes it is an old house with no lift and some furniture is dated but it is clean and very affordable and as a female I did feel very safe. It will depend what you value more as a priority, I was very comfortable and will book there again next time.

the smell of humidity was too strong, and you have to leave the keys when you go out and knock when you come in, which make it a little scary that no one will open in the middle of the night, but eventually they opened the door

I liked the position of the hotel, the possibility to park the auto inside the hotel, the price. The owners were at my disposal in every moment, also by telephone. If you don't have special needs, you don't travel with childrens and you just need a bed to sleep one or two nights, this is a very good choice.

The building is very old, before becoming an hotel, it was a private residency. It's visible the adaptation of the location as an hotel, it's impossible to have some kind of services in this scenario. But if you have the ability to adapt yourself to a place not perfect, you will spend less money then the other travellers.

Everything was goog. Comfortable room, shower work. Staff is very nice and service. We stay here for two night and for this price it`s great variant. Close to metro (5 min walk) and big supermarket (10 min). So you have everything to stay in Milan for few night and not for all money of the world. Reccomend it!

Everything works, but that was a quite old room, so I think it needs at least some or full renovation.

Hotel je blizu podzemne i lako se dolazi do centra, za svega 15 minuta. U blizini dva dobra restorana. Parking u sklopu hotela. Hotel je u mirnom dijelu i vrlo je tiho po noći (u blizini je pruga pa se čuje vlad kad prolazi ali nije tako glasno). Hotel nema doručka ali ima kafe aparat (kava = 1 eur). Soba je dosta velika kao i kupaona te ima televizor.

Reception lady was very nice, she allowed us to check in a few hours earlier than the standard time. It is well within 10 min from public transport, and value for money.

I do not like detail instructions, it can be short and quick.

Location is very quiet, although without a great view. The bathroom is HUGE for the standards of little hotels. The bed is OK. The price is pretty cheap.

Unfortunately, no plug for the bathtub. No elevator and very steep stairs. No breakfast in house (due to COVID).
