the room was renewed and everything was just new. the Breakfast contains good varieties of and is well prepared.

The Room is a pet small and not well designed. the toilet is separated from the shower. the room service costs you additional charges. I asked the room service to bring me a fork and knife and he said it will cost me 5euro. also in the BF when I asked for a scrambled egg they said it is not INCLUDED in the BF and separate cost is charged.

The room was nice and comfy. The restaurant serves very tasty and delicious milanese dishes.

There was a strike on metro and buses and the hotel did not inform us in the morning before leaving the hotel although we have asked for directions how to get to the city center. During the night we found out about the strike and there was no available taxi to get back to the hotel. We called the hotel to assist us and they just gave us the tel no of taxis to call them even though we told them that we tried to call a taxi but there was no availability due to the strike. We had to walk back to the hotel from the center with two kids (13 years old). Unfortunately the staff working that night was not able to help and when we arrived at the hotel tired at midnight he told us "it was a surprise strike we didn't know". Later we found out that the strike was announced days before.

Although the hotel is not in the city, it was easy to travel with public transportation to the center. It is close to a huge park (North Park) where dogs are allowed to run around without a leash. We had a really nice breakfast, the choice of food was ok and there were some local specialties.

It is a dog friendly hotel, but at arrival I got a list with regulations about dogs. It would have been nice to have it in advance. You are not allowed to bring the dog to the breakfast (which is ok, most hotels do not allow that) and the same time it is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room. That we do not really understand. We leave our dog after a big walk in the room to visit sights where dogs are not allowed. After reading the list we had to find a last minute dog walker, who took care of our dog till we were in a museum. That was a luck, that in the last minute we found a solution, otherwise we would have trouble visit the museum.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms. The location is a little bit far from city center but it is very good for tourist traveling by car and also the metro station is in front of hotel, which is a big plus. Another plus is also the availability of many parking spaces directly at the location. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Mr. Luca. We were very satisfied with our stay in the hotel.

The underground parking space has a very steep ramp which is a big issue for vehicles with low ground clearance.

The hotel locates at a convenient place where you can easily get access to the metro, which is quite important. In the meantime, the district is a residential area, safe and peaceful. There were some network issues that happened with the Booking reservation, an automatic penalty was 99 euros, which somehow frightened me, but luckily the staff helped me solve the problem. :)

A little bit far from the city center, but since the metro is available, and the price is more reasonable compared to those in the central area, in general, it is a good option.

The hotel was opposite the metro so very easy to find. It was clean. Easy to check in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms on the small side but all good for a short stay. We were going to a show at Teatro di Archimboli at the University two stops down on the metro. It was easy to get to and return to the hotel late at night.

The only area that would be good for improvement is the breakfast. Whist adequate, it was actually the worst selection I have experienced in a four star hotel. The cooked food is very limited with only three dishes. If you wanted a fried egg you had to pay extra. I have never experienced this before. Also there were no non dairy options without request. They would make a coffee with soya. It seemed a bit limited. I think there is a lot of room for improvement. It was quite hard to eat healthy low carbohydrate and non dairy. Second point for us Brits who love a cuppa. There is NO kettle in the room.

We were really happy with our stay at Starhotels Tourist for our short stay in Milan. The hotel is literally right across from a main metro line which runs directly into the centre of town, meaning that, practically, we were minutes away from all the main sites in Milan - without paying through the nose for more central accommodation. It also meant that our transit from the airport was seamless and easy, and so we didn't have to fork out a lot of money for a taxi.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but this is a nice hotel with high a quality interior! A hidden gem :) Pleasant staff at check in/out and easy parking in locked area. Metro access across the road. Very nice rooms and beds were very comfortable... Highly recommended!

Overall, our experience was very good, but the man controlling guests at breakfast on the 31st of July appeared very rude and completely up himself. This really spoiled our whole experience. This hotel would be much better off without him and he should be fired, because the hotel and guests deserve better!

When we faced some noise issue at room, they organized to change the room immediately. And some of the staff asking to us time to time for the condition of new room after that. It is highly appreciated and full kindness of the staff. We want to stay here if we have chance to come again to Milano.

Car garage is little bit small and employee has not enough manner how to park the car for others.

The location was great, a couple of steps from the metro. The breakfast lacked variety but was ok overall, I liked that it was available from 6:30 to 11:00, we were able to have breakfast before leaving for the airport early in the morning in the last day and also didn’t feel rushed if we wanted to eat a little later.

I booked a room for two and only received one set of towels. When you first go into the room there are only two pillows(one for each person), I didn’t like the dorm feeling it gave that way. However there is a second set in the wardrobe, free of charge. Also no outlets at the bedside tables.
