Plus to: - super competent and friendly staff :) - big bed - big balcony / terrace - choice at the breakfast - possibility to rent bikes - usb charging spots in the room.

Minus to: - size of the room - if you arrive with two big suitcases, it will be bit of a challenge, - placement of the toilet - shower doors need to be put to the side to seat on the toilet.

The hotel is spotless, lovely rooms and bathroom. Location was amazing, right on the beach. Free bikes for guests and wonderful cycling and walking trails at the doorstep. 2 min from bus into city in 15 min. Cagliari I'd beautiful. The staff are really helpful and friendly. A place to return to.

The hotel serves wine. A full bar would be great .

Good location with a nice pool. Great for the beach with included beach sun lounges and umbrella. Friendly staff who were happy to help. Nice breakfast spot with good coffee.

When you arrive by car there is nowhere to park. My first impression upon stopping in front of the hotel was ‘you can’t park here’. If you arrive during the day on the weekend the parking is impossible. It is better in the late afternoon or evening. The bacon and scrambled eggs were not refreshed often leaving only scraps.

The location, the incredibly friendly staff, the pool and the fact that is probably the smartest looking building in the area!

I didn’t like the fact that we were given a disabled room! I booked long ago and an appropriate room should have been allocated at that time to avoid this. The room was relatively compact to the extent that 2 people could not pass at the bottom of the bed! Due to the full booking we were not offered an alternative. Whoever owns or manages the hotel should maintain a closer look at minor defects. These should be dealt with immediately or they will just get worse. Chips on corners, door frames chipped, general painting should be ongoing. The cleaners were AMAZING but they cannot fix the minor defects.

First of all the art deco liner look of the hotel is wonderful. Its location is beautiful, a natural paradise. Food, the room upgrade, the wonderful chambermaids and waitresses that work so hard and always engaging. It is near Cagliari, Spiaggia di Poetto is an 8km silver sand beach, raked daily, and delightful beach restaurants. It has an excellent quite beach road promenade that can be used for exercise it is regularly patrolled by police.

The only drawback but a major one. Some rooms with exposed balconies would be more useful with a sun shade canopy. The hotel room has south facing balconies facing the sea and got very hot most days from 8am. It was uncomfortable to sit out on the balcony until the sun moved round in the afternoon.

Loved the location across from the beach with sunchairs and umbrellas available for our use on the beach. having numerous restaurants across from the property which gave a 10%discount was great. Breakfast provided was great but even better they gave us the option to have it across the road at their beachside restaurant. Great option.

they charged to use the spa. It is just sitting there if nobody pays. Maybe guests should have to book it in if they want to use at an hour a time only.

Breakfast was all fresh food, verity of food for all different tastes. Breakfast staff very helpful and friendly. Location was central to beach ,supermarket bus stop. Reception will order taxi for you if needed .The room we had was a room with garden, in the garden was two sun loungers two chairs and a table all in private garden . All staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly. Very, very clean inside and out.I will definitely return to this hotel it's s wonderful place to be.

We stayed 3 nights for the last weekend in october´22 to get some sun. Late arrival was no problem, as the front desk was open 24/7. We decided to stay in the hotel for breakfast and were totally happy. Super friendly staff was helpful in any meaning and the choice was good! Our room 502 at the second floor of the nearby building had a big open terace with beautiful beach- and seaview. The other teraces of the neighbor-rooms left and right of us even had jacuzzis.

Surprisingly we had mosquitos in the room. It might have been our own fault, as we left the terace door ope all day while we went sightseeing. We could have asked for "Moskito-Stecker or Spray" but didn´t, so no complain on that ;-)

If you are looking for a beach holiday, then look no further. The location is ideal and right opposite the beach. The hotel owns many of the restaurants close by and they are very good. The female receptionists were brilliant and very helpful. There are free bikes which we used on both days and the cycling is excellent. Service buses stop nearby for trips to the city.

We were in the new wing near the hotel's swimming pool, overlooking flats and a small green space. The decor was superb but the room was quite small but does have a tiny balcony to sit out. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and I did miss having a kettle. However, the staff will fill your flask in the morning with hot water but it does mean going down to the reception area. There is a strong smell of cleaning fluid which is not unpleasant but quite powerful. Accessing hotel's wifi was a bit clumsy for these days because you need to register with an email address. Most hotels would simply have a password or no password at all.

Very clean hotel and room. Breakfast was good and the location was very close to the beach. Perfect for families who want to stay close to the beach. Excellent amenities like beach towels were provided and so was the bed and umbrella. They had bikes that could be used. The hotel is located next to a long stretch of road where you can bike or walk. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Louis recommended some excellent restaurants to us.

Room was slightly small and bathroom too. Was very clean but small.
