Variety of Breakfast and excellent staff at the reception especially Francesco L. & Claudia + all restaurant staff who were extremely nice.

- One staff receptionist member who was really rude and giving attitude to me and daughter (maybe because she was pregnant but it is not acceptable to treat guests who paid hard earned money with arrogance). - Unfortunately, there here was no pool and yet it is a 4 stars hotel. - If requesting beach towels, you pay each time 4euros per towel once returning it, I’ve never paid for a beach towel in an hotel in my life, this was pretty surprising to me. - side note: Hard to get taxis in Cagliari in general.

All aspects were outstanding in particular the reception desk team for their kindness and all the good advice provided on the city directions, restaurants and interest points. Also the excellent service and friendliness of Anna Rita who took care of our room. The breakfast was remarkable as well as the professionality of all waiters. The gym was of a good size and very complete. Parking was very useful and just in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel was good for us as by car we were not far from the airport and close to main highways and interest points. Air conditioning was a blessing with the high temperatures outside. Modern decoration in common places, bar, restaurant (and food, local desserts are awesome) are also outstanding. All this made our staying at your hotel a great experience. Bravo!

The spa is a good point but an outdoors swimming pool for the summer hot weather would made this hotel a 10/10. Apart from that I can only congratulate this hotel for all the outstanding features!

The facilities were perfect, it's a very high end hotel, it's exactly what I expected for a 4 Star hotel. Great deco in shared areas and modern bedroom. The bedroom was a good size for a single occupancy, clean, good air conditioning, sound proofing was very good. It was good to have a bathroom with a bath and shower. Staff were quick to refill bath toiletries on request. The room had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. There was a good choice for breakfast and staff were very attentive. The bar area was high end and there was a beautifully styled space outside for having drinks / food etc. Once again bar staff were very attentive. The gym area is small but adequate, good variety of machines and free weights. The size isn't an issue as I expect it probably doesn't get busy since most visitors I imagine stay at the hotel for holidays or business so might not have the time to use the gym. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to visit the Spa area which is a big jacuzzi type pool, it sounds great so will definitely check this out on my next visit. The restaurant was near to the bar area, I had the seafood risotto with scampi sauce and shelled prawn which was okay. Staff on the reception were very helpful with directions and ordering taxis. Also it's very good that you are able to buy bus tickets from them which saves time trying to find where to buy one. It was also in a great location, 20 minutes walk to centre, 5 minutes to buses and high street.

The only aspect I didn't like was the fried breakfast, didn't like the very hard sausages and oily bacon, I had this twice then switched to the continental breakfast for the rest of my stay. Not having a fried breakfast isn't hugely important and not a deal breaker for not visiting the hotel again.

The hotel is modern and stylish. There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor and an outside terrace which is shaded and a nice place to have a drink. The staff are for the most part extremely friendly and helpful. A shout out to Marco and Claudia who were especially helpful during our stay. The break fast is good, nice pastries, cornetto's, fresh bread and a great selection of juice. There is also free cappuccinos with the breakfast. We ate in the restaurant a few nights and the food is very good. The portions are small so you will have to order a first plate and second plate as they do in Italy.

For breakfast there was scrambled egg and bacon every morning but the egg was microwaved probably and not nice. The bacon wasn't crispy and was oily. The hotel doesn't have a swimming pool but a spa with a small pool. This is not free for guests and costs 25 Euro for 1 hour 30 minutes which is very expensive. The bar is extremely expressive especially for non-alcoholic drinks. A 200ml coke is 4.80 Euro. A glass of local wine is 9.00 Euro. A fizzy orange is 5.00 Euro. We tried to book a car at the hotel. There was some confusion as I wanted a car with full damage waiver cover and when the booking came through it didn't have the cover. I wasn't able to proceed with the booking and I am waiting for a refund.

every thing perfect my 6 or 7 time in the T Hôtel : booking Blanc and booking with JP Corongiu Luigi is a master model of excellence in the Service of The T hotel Congratulation so professional l I know him for many Years and bring such a good attention to the people he loves is job.

I came early around 10. am. No room ready yet. Came Back at reception at 1.15 after lunch at the Hôtel still not able to have my room. I understand they have to clean after guest student. I told the lady at reception I was here for the 6 or seven time in summer booking in the name of Blanc and Corongiu. I was hopping for a little attention at this stage.....It is may be the reason why I spent for night in the Regina Margherita. afterwoods.

Modern hotel with very nice architecture, a good bar and restaurant. Welcoming Staff. Gluten free option for breakfast.

Not related to the hotel, but the City of Cagliari is not very beautiful, and can be very frustrating for tourism because that is not very welcoming, and it is difficult to find good trips. The poetto beach is very crowded, lots of old and also abandoned buildings.

The staff was great and one was able to access dining facilities through the day and evening.

Getting atroind the city is very difficult even with a car. Parking except for the hotel and airport is impossible to find. We resorted to buses which are inexpensive but require knowledge of the system.

Modern hotel close to the center of the city. Parking space in front of the door and great view from the room. Breakfast was of very good quality and good variety. The restaurant and bar is very good.

In general the stay was very pleasant. I do not have muh criticisms. The only thing is that the coffe was too bitter for my taste... but is a dettail.

The hotel has a good carpark and although it is a good walk into the city there are regular busses close to the hotel. Highly recommended as it saves driving into the city.

Good Business style hotel in the Novotel style. Secure underground parking (rare in Cagliari). Usual big hotel buffet breakfast.

The bar - a small area and the prices which were very expensive!
