The entrance to the estate is very majestic, offering great views of Villa Scorzi architecture and surroundings. We were greated by a very friendly lady, showing us around the property and the room. The room is a part of the guest house of Villa Scorzi, were we met with a nice lady Sonja, who is very friendly and takes care of her pet cats. The room was spacious, felt luxurious and spotless clean! Breakfast was abundant and quite delicious. The property is about 17 minutes away from city center of Pisa, which is a nice addition.

The courtyard was under construction, although there was no noise during our stay. The pool was closed, although we were offered to use the pool of Villa Scorzi (not heated so we were dependant on the weather). The staff at the house did not speak English so it was a little difficult to communicate.

We could enjoy the beautiful gardens of the main Villa and in the same time appreciate the privacy side of the house. It was a very quiet and cosy place, the staff of the house was super kind. Confortable and clean, good breakfast, nice stay!

On the practical side, the check in conditions were not so easy and the communication was a bit difficult because of language. The people in the house are super lovely, but we felt the staff from the main Villa (or the owners) could be more visible somehow to support with pratical requests.

the room is next to the amazing ancient villa, very beautiful surroundings, and you can use the swimming pool inside the villa, it’s with a stunning view. The Italian breakfast is beyond the words, the croissant and poundcake are served freshly, I would say it’s even better than the ones I tried in France. the lady also serve some hot dishes such as eggs and toast with ham, it’s delicious. also you have 2 lazy and cute cats live in the same place, make it even more lovely, I would like come back again

Stunning villa, very beautiful, authentic and historic. Gorgeous surrounding Tuscan countryside. We loved our room - it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom & all furnishings were of a very high standard. Loved having a fridge & kettle in the room. The pool was stunning too! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

This stay was such a nice surprise! The breakfast is superb in the cosy and elegant small dining room. We were also allowed to look around the property next door, which took our breath away. It's a real Tuscan luxurious gem. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, especially the older lady, which made this place feel truly like home.

The hosts were super sweet when we arrived, a lot of parking space and nice garden outside, the ambient inside is nice and has very comfortable beds. We slept really well. In the morning we had the best breakfast, very tasteful. Recommend!

A magical place, manicured gardens inside a villa full of history. Excellent breakfast under special arches. Room is very clean and wide. Very recommended.

Nothing everything was devine

The breakfast was very minimal. There was almost no choice. There were 2 croissants with filling on the table, when we asked for a croissant without the filling, they said there was none. There was rotten fruit in the fruit bowl.
