The location of the property is one of the best things about it! You can see the beautiful hills right from the balcony. The free buffet breakfast was quite decent as well.

We were a bit disappointed with the size of the room and the bathroom as both were quite small for 2 people to stay/use. Also, the hotel is listed as a 3-star property on booking.com - but given the facilities and the overall look-and-feel, it does not come across as one. Most of the staff is unable to converse in English which makes it slightly difficult for foreigners (like ourselves) - but they do make an effort, which is quite heartening to see.

The staff was very nice and helpfull with us. There are a really rich breakfast offers, for the price we paied for it it was better we thought. The ladies cleaned our room every day, which is also a big plus point for them. We got what we thought for this price.

It is not a luxus hotel, but everything was fine for us. We mostly travelled around Pisa, didn't stayed too much time at the hotel. Only one thing is that it is far from the center, so the night travel is little bit tricky, but it is not the fault of the hotel. :)

The location is nice if you are here for work near the outside of the city like I was, or if you simply want to be away from the city a bit. Staff were friendly and accommodating, it was clean. Not much to complain about.

Location isn't great if you want to see the city. Breakfast didn't contain much that wasn't very sweet, though this is a preference (and probably a cultural difference too). Wifi was quite bad, disconnected me several times.

Quiet place, no noise at night. The staff was very friendly, we could leave our luggage after check out time for free. You also can buy the breakfast in the morning if you need one (there is everything needed for it, buffet type of breakfast). The bathroom and room itself were nice and clean. There was a fridge in the room which was super helpful in June. The location is not central but we knew about it, so we took a bus (the bus stop is near the hotel).

It’d be great to have some glasses or cups in the room🙂

Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Small continental breakfast with plant based drink options (one day rice drink or soya drink, another day almond drink etc.). But breakfast overall very good. Shopping facilities like Penny and Lidl close by. Penny walkable distance.

Location quite outside Pisa, although no problem with a car. There are also bus lines around (13,14) to city centre and train station. One way bus ticket costs €1.50 for 70 minutes.

I am very pleased with my stay - the hotel is very clean, the equipment in the room is fully functional, the breakfast is delicious (especially the cakes), the hotel staff is professional and very friendly - they helped me solve an issue, for which I am very grateful!!! It was my second visit (I was also very pleased with the first visit). I intend to come back here - it's an exceptionally good hotel!

Staff was great. Very polite. Good value for money. Good bed..who loves a bit harder ones :) Very quiet and nice neighbourhood..we had a great sleep. Location of Pisa is good, in 5 days we visited Firenze, Siena, Lucca and Cinque Terre.

Location is a bit outside of city center, but with good bus connection. Can be problematic only in night. Hotel can be renovated in some segments (walls for ex.), but it is clean which is most important.

Good location, near public transportation, friendly staff, good breakfast although is mostly based on sweets. Good wifi although at 4 floor was weak on the balcony. The mini-fridge doesnt make sound, which is good. Very good aircon.

Walls are really thin and your confort depends on your neighbor. We didn't had any problems, but we were lucky. There is no mosquito nest for the balcony door and there as lot of mosquitos stains on the walls and some shoe mark on the ceiling. The bathroom could have some maintenance. We didn't like that there was no fan in the bathroom or a window. The water pressure in the shower was quite low.

We had a very nice stay here for one night. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke good English, so we didn't have to worry at all about not speaking Italian. The location is a bit of a distance from the city center, but it is easily accessible by public transportation and the bus runs until late. The room was neat and clean and the balcony had a great view. The breakfast was also very good with a good variety of choices.

Room was clean - and cleaned every day. Own bathroom, fridge. Personnel was friendly and helpful. Breakfast good - everyone can find something for him.

Localization is little on a side. You have bus stop near - but only to go back from city ( bus route is like a loop in that area). To to the city You must walk a while. There is no nice place to ear nearby...so You must eat in the city and walk ( most of buses stop running about 8pm, and restaurants starts at 7pm).
