The room was a lovely size and the bed was so comfortable! The staff were incredibly friendly.

It would have been nice to have a hot option for breakfast, but the selection was still really good.

The breakfast was not included but was exceptional. A typical Italian cold buffet. They served us tea/coffee - every preference was offered. We had a family room - the air conditioning worked really well. We forgot to put it on when we went out for the day only to find our room cleaned and air con back on. Staff very friendly and knowledgable. Location great - 5 mins walk to the main railway station. 12 euro taxi to airport, came within 5 minutes once reception called them. 5 minutes walk into the central shopping area towards the leaning tower. Will certainly come back - great location to discover Tuscany by train for days out.

The hotel is a friendly family run hotel, with traditional style furnishings. We chose it for its proximity to the station, which was about a 10 minute walk with bags (on wheels). Our room was large, the shower was good with lots of really hot water., it had a mini-fridge and electric shutters to keep the light out at night. The room was serviced every day and very clean. The breakfast was continental style with a wide variety of items, including 3 types of cereal and brown bread (not just white, hooray!). Overall we had a very comfortable and convenient stay here and would be happy to stay again.

We noticed that the sound insulation between rooms was poor, so the first evening we could hear a lot of chatter from next door. For restaurants we generally found more choice about 10 minutes walk away. At night (April) the room seemed to get a bit hot & stuffy but we didn't feel it warranted trying out the aircon.

The staff at the hotel bent over backwards to make sure our stay was comfortable. The front desk people were exceptionally welcoming, especially when we locked ourselves out of our room!

this was only a teeny tiny problem, we wish they would’ve had a sign that actually stuck out into the street. I walked by it twice and didn’t notice they had a beautifully painted sign above my head. This was probably my fault not the hotels.

central to everything: train station 5 mins walk, airport 20 mins walk, pisa tower 15 mins walk. hotel was very comfortable and friendly with a lovely breakfast buffet. amazing king size bed with memory foam mattress so I slept like a king. staff are very friendly and helpful.

shower works very well but a bit dated and could use new shower doors as an upgrade but otherwise everything in the room was perfect

Friendly and helpful staff. Large room in a well maintained and very secure property. Good value for money. A minor plumbing issue was fixed immediately. Great cleaning staff left our room spotless every day. Great to get to/from the airport and train station. Decent breakfast for a reasonable fee.

The location is in a less-desirable residential area and a 15 minute walk from restaurants and bars, but close to the airport and train station.

very nice and clean friendly welcome not a very pretty location, a bit far from the tower but that is why it is less expensive

The hotel has the charm of old hotels for those who like it and I do but pillows in the bed extremely uncomfortable and the old key for the room weighs a ton! we had breakfast and it was good yet could have some options such as scrambled eggs or cream cheese. Also they have a yoghurt that comes raw out of a dispenser machine… I would have preferred to have mine in a normal (closed) pot.

This was a last-minute booking and it was perfect for what I needed. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean and lovely. The location was perfect for what I wanted to do there (about a 20 min walk to the Tower of Pisa and close to restaurants and the bus station). The only reason I would not say it's a 10 is if you're looking for a luxury hotel. It was truly lovely- just know that you're not getting a 5 star hotel. I would stay here again definitely.

The hotel is walkable from the airport, train station, tower etc. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We walked everywhere, no need for taxis. The room and hotel was spotlessly clean. Reception staff very nice and English speaking. We didn’t have the breakfast, so can’t comment. Fridge in room with two bottles of water. Nice toiletries which were replenished. Clean towels every day. Always hot water. Large bathroom. Also room 108 had a lovely balcony.

Had to make sure shower head was turned towards the wall, otherwise it flooded the bathroom .

Great hotel. Good location in relation to the train station (5 mins walk) and not too far to main tourist area (25 mins walk to Leaning Tower of Pisa). Very spacious room. Bed & pillows were soft memory-foam. Staff were super friendly, very accommodating and allowed us to leave bags while we explored the city during the day (both before and after our stay!) Would stay again!

Not much to dislike! Breakfast a touch on the pricey side (12€pp), but it was a good spread and did the job to fill us up for a day of exploring!
