The property is really well located, only a 7 minute walk to the leaning tower! The hotel was clean and had everything we needed for our stay including an iron. The host had great communication and was so generous to order us a taxi when leaving. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Everything was fabulous - the only small issue was that we did find a number of bugs in the bed (not bed bugs) which unfortunately did result in quite a few bites in the night! I know this is hard to manage due to the heat and there was a protector blind in the room but maybe just double check! Other than that it was great!

Nice modern clean room which was located very close to the tourist attractions. The bathroom and shower were very good. It was only a 5 minute walk from the accommodation to the Leaning Tower Of Pisa and Cathedral so was in an ideal position for sight seeing.

We were not too keen on the access arrangements to the property. The staff were really helpful in facilitating this. To get in to the apartment block you had to ring a phone number on your mobile and then access was given to the front door. This was the procedure every time you entered the building. You were not given a code to enter the building. You were given a key for your room. We were worried that this system may not work (it always did) or that we may lose/ have our phone stolen and then not be able to get access to the property.

Room was amazing - really comfy and modern - and the bed was excellent (memory foam mattress). The rooftop terrace was great - enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoon sun. The check in was very easy as it was all done via WhatsApp - no actual need for staff to be present. The rooms and front door to the hotel are keyless and done via your phone which I found simple.

There is no lift in the hotel which would have been handy since we were on the top floor but this is a minor point for me - although my partner did not enjoy all the stairs! No breakfast on site but we received vouchers for a breakfast at a cafe maybe 80m away - this was a little limited (but very nice regardless).

Room was lovely. Location was good. We What's Apped the owner on the last day and asked if they could arrange a taxi to the airport for us. They did. That was very helpful.

To get in you had to phone someone. If they recognised your phone no from the booking, they would unlock the outside door to the accommodation. What if you had a different phone? What if you wanted to split up and come and go separately? Only the one with the correct phone can get in. What if your phone ran out of charge? There is NO back up plan. Inside there was a key pad outside each door and we got a What's App telling us the door code. We discovered that this usually only worked the 3rd time you entered the numbers. It was very frustrating not being able to get into the room straight away. We got a voucher for breakfast. That is not what B&B means.

Lovely accommodation , room was beautiful. It was clear to us that a lot of thought and planning were given to make this accommodation as comfortable as possible for guests. Small kettle for coffee and tea, water, snacks and the voucher at the nearby café for the breakfast was all included. The location of the hotel was perfect, with walking distance from the train station, the tower and the shops. Also loved the roof top terrace. The self check-in worked very well, at first it sounded complicated, however it functioned smoothly. Will stay here again when visiting Pisa next time.

The grey water from the shower was blocked, and water ran out slow. We mentioned it to the host Alessandro, and we believe it is fixed now.

I really liked how modern everything was and we even got left a welcome hamper. the property also has a roof terrace which is lovely in the sunshine. they let us keep our luggage behind on the day we flew which was excellent customer service and very kind!

The door entry you have to call or message the property owner, they get back to straight away but it would be a recommendation to get a central lock with an external code, that way you don’t feel like you have to message every time you leave the property or it wasn’t a real issue but it could be a little easier for everyone on holiday.

It was more than expected, I saw the pictures before booking and I wasnt 100% convinced to book, but it is so neat, spacious, you have everything you need for an excellent stay. You have snacks, water, coffee, tea, breakfast included, which it was delicious, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Easy to check-in and check-out. They kept for us our luggage after check-out. 7 minutes walking to the Pisa Tower. 15 minutes to the airport. Everything is close.

It doesn’t have a lift, We had to carry the luggage two floors.

Location was good. We enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace late afternoon before going out to dinner. Breakfasts were a bit limited in choice, and the change of venue for Sunday breakfast was disappointing, as had to stand to eat breakfast inside, as it was too cold to sit outside.

The rooms are not very soundproof from activity in rooms above. We could hear everything, including when they used the toilet (and not just the flush)!

It’s a beautiful place with a nice location.

The experience was ruined as soon as we arrived at the cafe where you have “breakfast” served. Instead of having breakfast at the casa(they have everything needed) they elected to have their reputation ruined by some really bad cafe close by. Food was awful, and the staff of the cafe doesn’t care at all that the need to serve you food, I mean they don’t care about the regular customers as well. So instead of 10/10 they go down for not trying to find a better place. And in the top apartment Wi fi is really bad.

The staff was friendly and kind: they help us in a couple of requests/needs we had. The room was clean and some complimentary tea and refreshments were provided. The location is convenient both for sightseeing and for finding food. Definitely a very good and comfortable stay.

Because of our particular needs, if the room were equipped with and armchair it would be perfect. But for the usual use of the room that the tourists do, it is well equipped. The bathroom would benefit from some more hanging spots for towels and one shelf was not functional (I guess the staff will fix it soon).
