Hotel San Felice

The hotel is gorgeous. We had 7 nights in Capri and wanted accommodation that was central, had a pool for when the beaches get too packed and was relaxing. This hotel ticked all the boxes - the staff are sensational and so welcoming! They organised a boat day for us and the boat was beautiful. They were so responsive and helpful with offering tips about the island in the lead up to our visit. The room was great and very comfortable, the foyer is just beautiful and overall our stay was very relaxing and calm, and the pool was delightful. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

The only downside would be the shower which would leak out into the bathroom floor but really not a huge issue in the grand scheme of things.

In a 4-star hotel in 30 Celsius degree there is no complimentary water in the room, of course there are 4 small bottles in the mini bar fridge but 3EUR euch and no info that you have to pay for it. No price list, nothing. Just to mention - nothing else has been in this "mini-bar"... and when you do the check-out - surprise, surprise... Another thing - they do not want to book for us transfer to the harbour "because the hotel is in pedestrian area", but our boat rental company somehow did it and the taxi has been waiting for us at given time right outside this pedestrian area (5 mins walk from the hotel). So it's possible but with a little of good will.

Very clean hotel. Quiet at night. staff were very helpful, hotel was older but well maintained. The main foyer was airy and clean. Very close to main city Centre and many restaurants. Pool was clean with lots of pool chairs and free pool towels for your use. The breakfast was exceptional with many offerings of sweets, fruits and cheeses, meats, a variety of buns, a variety of coffees and cakes. Lots of fresh fruit as well. An exceptional breakfast. Buffet style.

There seem to be a lot of very small flies by the pool area that were constantly biting everyone around and also these flies were present outside while eating breakfast if you ate on the patio.

The location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was for italian style quite rich. The hotel room was big and clean, but a little old furniter - "classic Capri style". Having the pool with bar was also great! The staff was kind and helpful.

The bed was for me quite soft. The water in the pool was a bit cold for my taste. The wellness was out of the hotel and a missed a fitness in the hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was more than accommodating! This is the best hotel experience I have ever had and I can’t wait to stay here again next time I’m in Capri. The hotel manager, John Pierre went above and beyond for my husband and I when we needed to stay a couple extra days. The hotel was clean and very comfortable and a short walking distance to everything.

Location, breakfast and pool were fantastic. Very quiet although it is located in the heart of Capri allowing easy access for all including shopping, restaurants and nice walks in the city.

It was a short stay of only 2 nights but all went perfectly.

It is difficult to answer this question as there was nothing about this hotel that I would criticise. The hotel, bedroom and facilties were excellent. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and the surroundings very pleasant.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

The bed of comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the pool was very nice. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The location was central to the Island activities and shopping.

The shower was very, very small.
