I liked everything about this beautiful place. Starting with the great location - central, walking distance to an airport shuttle bus, at a lively square with cafés, restaurants and an amazing theatre. The room we had was spotlessly clean, quiet (we were there on a Saturday night and the youth of the town meets on the square for parties, but we hardly heard them), with comfortable beds, all amenities necessary (even a bathrobe and slippers, a kettle, water..), beautiful furniture and ceilings. There was a small balcony, too. The breakfast was outstanding - very fresh, great variety, homemade cakes, prepared with care and love for details. And - last, but not least - the amazing host Sabina and her staff, that were so friendly and helpful, prior to as well as during our stay. They were eager to meet any of our requests. Thank you so much for such a lovely time!

It is probably not the easiest to reach by car, since the street, where the B&B is located, is for pedestrians only.

It was centrally located and close to nice places to visit within walking distance. Despite being centrally located, it was very quiet. Sabina has a great taste and she has made this place with all the details so pleasant to stay. We had very very tasty cakes for breakfasts that Sabina bakes herself. Her place is spotlessly clean. Although we had to check in after midnight, it all went very easy and smooth. There are also lockers available to keep the luggage after check out with a very affordable price. Sabina is an amazing and very kind host and she gave us very nice suggestions for where to visit and to eat. This was for sure one of our best airbnb stays. Highly recommended. Location is great. Very safe and friendly part of the city. The building is also nice and has a lift. Our host Sabina, was super nice and very helpful. She communicated with us via Whatsapp and shared lots of recommendations. She also prepared lovely breakfast for us every morning. The room was spacious enough for us and had everything we needed.

The shower got clogged very quickly so the water drainage wasn’t great. Same for the sink, so it might have been a general issue with the pipe works in the building. It was not a problem for us though

Nice old building in a quiet part of the city center, dated from 1850s as Sabina told us, inside modern, cozy and comfortable, very impresive room with high ceiling, very clean and have everything you need for a long weekend stay. The bathroom is larger than averrage, the room was perfectly clean everyday during our stay. The breakfast was set till 9.30 which was advantage, cappuccino and lemon cake were delicious.Sabina was amazing host, gave us all the information we needed (you should trust all her restaurants recommendations) and let as leave our luggage in the hotel for a small fee after check out. Definitely we will stay there again if possible next time we visit Catania.

Location great for the City and quick / convenient for airport by public transport or taxi without breaking the bank! Sabina's communication, responsiveness and the facilities provided, worked a treat. Breakfast choice + freshness were ideal for either a quick bite or something a little more leisurely, had we had more time. Thank.you!

Remember Aitna is a B&B, so if you're looking for convenience, cleanliness & functionality .. all is good! If you're after more space, a room with a view & extra facilties best find an hotel that ticks those other boxes too.

The place is just fantastic! Great location, in the center, close to all important must visit places. The room is clean and big. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and Sabina's cakes are very good! Sabina, the owner is a fantastic host! Anything we needed, any question we asked, she answered with a good advises and the restaurants she recomeded were so good!!! We had great weekend and for sure will come back to Sabina!

The only thing needs improvment is a soundproof between the rooms. We heard all the talking from the next door room. It was not disturbing too much, but it is also not so nice.

This boutique hotel, where we stayed for 3 nights during our trip to Catania, is located in a very clean, simple style inn with a high ceiling, decorated with all the little details in mind. Sabina and her assistant lady, who is in charge of the hotel, did their best to make us feel at home during our stay. They even served chicken salami specially as I don't prefer pork. Our room, bed, balcony, kitchen area where we had breakfast, dinner sets, cups, kitchen accessories made us feel as if we were living in that era in a modern and avant-garde style. The coffee served at breakfast, homemade cakes and truly the best marmalades I have ever eaten remained the unforgettable flavors of our hotel. And dear sabina, we thank you very much for the fact that we could reach you at any time during our trip and thus feel safe, the information you gave about restaurants, local tastes, transportation, the almond cookies you left in our room, and most importantly, your smiling face.

Everything was perfect: location for sigtseeing of the city close to the city center, delicious breakfast that exceeded our expectations (apart from expected toasts, jams, croisants and coffee we got also bread, cheese, ham, vegetables and delicious home made cakes). Helpful landlady who helped us to contact the garage to leave the car. Thank you once again :)

Garage price could be just added to the room price, so that the guests didn't need to contact the garage staff themselves.

Excellent location in the city centre. Parking nearby on a public location. The owner helped with the possible locations so everything was easy for us. It's a bit complicated to find the room, but the owner was extra helpful and gave us detailed instructions how to get there. Main tourist attractions, restaurants, bars and the famous fish market are all just a few minutes away. Park the car, leave the luggage in the room and go for a dinner outside. Breakfast is carefully prepared and abundant. We highly recommend the place if you came for sightseeing in the city centre. The room was clean, beds were great and the noise from the street did not bother us. It is a lively neighborhood and Sicilian lifestyle.

Spectacular location in the heart of Catania, from where you can easily visit the centre on foot. Comfortable and stylish room with everything you need, including complimentary toiletries and an electric kettle with a choice of tea bags. You can check in anytime in the afternoon or at night, on your own, with clear instructions on how to recover your room key. The host, Sabina, is very kind and efficient—she even makes cakes for breakfast herself and they're absolutely delicious!
