Great location, in the city centre but away from the noise and traffic. The room was very comfortable. Marco, the host, was easy to find and he made sure that everything was alright.

It's centrally located. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel offers breakfast and also provides a breakfast voucher for a nice café in Catania.

The hotel is located in a central area, so it falls within the ZTL (Zona Traffico Limitato) zone. Unfortunately, when we told the hotel owner that we would be coming by car, they didn't warn us about it. The hotel we stayed at in Palermo had registered our license plate, but it seems that it's not the case here. We're not sure if we received a fine, but be careful with the ZTL zone. No one warned us.

Beautifull building in the heart of the city perfectly restored, tastefully decorated with high quality materials. The owners did their best to cover every detail to make the guest feel comfortable, welcome and at ease. Marco, the host, is an exteremely kind and friendly person always at disposal with a huge smile so all fuss round arrival, departure, luggage to store is set and you can relax and enjoy your stay. Highly recommend, perfect place where owners really poured their heart and soul into and love what they do!

B&B is located in a fantastic old building, rooms have been tastefully modernized whilst retaining original features of the building including the beautiful original tiled floors. Room was an excellent size for accommodation so close to the centre of Catania. Claudia was very helpful with recommendations of places to visit, arranging travel for us to the beach and filling the fridge in our room with plenty of vegan options for breakfast. (Soy Yoghurt, Soy Milk, Vegan Butter etc) Location is close to all tourist sites and bars and restaurants, very quiet and secure.

We really enjoyed our stay in B&B Palazzo Perrotta. Marco was in touch before we arrived and greeted us for check-in too. We arrived a little early for our room, so we were able to leave our bags and come back later. The building itself has been beautifully resorted and the B&B decorated very well - it is modern but with some of the character of the original building left in tact - the floors and ceilings are beautiful! The room itself was large enough for a couple of days' stay, comfy, and the bathroom clean. The location is perfect for everything you can wish to see and do in the city. Marco was really helpful in giving us some excellent restaurant recommendations - we loved Mi Cumpari Turiddu which was only 5 minutes' walk away. The breakfast is basic and fine for a quick snack, and the additional breakfast vouchers for the café in Piazza Duomo were appreciated too.

We could often hear other guests shutting doors in the hallways and to their rooms, which was a little annoying but it wasn't a major issue. The shower door seal wasn't great at keeping water out and the water went out onto the bathroom floor quite a bit.

The place was new, modern and the location was more than perfect. Few minutes walk from Catania Cathedral and the central station were we took the shuttle to the airport . The beds were really comfortable and the room was big ( we were 3 people). You can have breakfast there or the host provided vouchers for a famous cafe, we didnt use them since we had breakfast and coffee at the place but you can go to the cafe too. We also could leave our luggage after we checked out which was great. Thank you Marco !

Only thing that we didnt like was that there was a lot of noise from the street, but that is nobody's fault. We slept with the balcony door open and with earplugs but still the noise from the street was quite loud. That being said if you close the door you wont have this issue. We just didnt want to sleep with the air condition on and it was hot if you didnt open the door.

İt was clean,nice decorated apt, nice bathroom in the old palazzo building. The stuff Marco was very helpful. He helped us for Etna tour. He gave some of city information on the map, it was helpful. Thank you Marco.

I didn’t like internet connection, There was no enough power to connect in our room. and there was no real fresh breakfast it was like snack bar, all packed food, drinks, and fruits. He put voucher in our room in order to use one of cafe to eat but Cafe was so crowded, We showed our ticket but we were not very success , we paid our own breakfast. Not luck .Old style elevator was took our time go to our second floor apt.

We literally love everything about the place! The room is spacious, modern, clean, equipped with a mini bar and everything we need. Location is amazing, close to the train station, supermarket and most of the main attractions in the city. The breakfast is thoughtful. We were given tickets to have breakfast in a nice bar located at the main square of Catania plus some other refreshments in the property’s living room. The staff are nice and friendly. It’s a great place to stay in Catania!

It had a good room, spacious and renovated, just like the photos. Nice location, restaurants nearby.

The breakfast is not as a normal BB, because it was nearby in Piazza Duomo, and limited to just a drink (cappuccino, espresso) and a pastry (just 3 choices). When you go to a bed and breakfast, you expect better breakfast (and at least in Italy where food is a must) maybe they should add more to the coupons.

The room is so special - new design in a historical renovated building. The room is big and comfy, very clean (it is getting cleaned everyday+ we got 2 new water bottles daily). The common area has snacks and coffee 24/7, and finally the location is great only 3 min walk from the main street and near by to all the city's attractions. Highly recommended, great value for money!
