It was super central, very clean, the host was very helpful with anything. With instructions from host it was easy with self check in. It was great with high ceilings as room seems bigger. Great choice for that price. It was also helpful it was possible to arrange the airport transfer as it was written a number to call. It was very nice with the breakfast voucher arrangement at C&G.

That one need to have the key to use elevator, so when you leave the key, you need to walk down 3 floors with the heavy suitcase’s. airport transfer didn’t work out for me. But it is criticism towards the collaboration partner. we agreed to be picked up at 7 am and no one showed up at 7.15. And no one answered any of my calls or messages. It is irritating, and can be crucial if you have bad time to the flight.

The location was perfect, in the heart of Catania. The Owner was super friendly and helpful. Really kind man. The room was small but cozy and clean so I recommend this place totally. The bathroom was also clean and functional.

Actually I cannot complain on anything. Ok, maybe the only thing is that breakfast were only sweet. That would be nice to have some cheese or ham for the toasts. The rest was perfect! You will enjoy for sure so don’t hesitate ;)

Contact with the owner was very good. Clear indications for everything and helpful. We could do a very late at night check-in.

Breakfast was on a cafe nearby which was not friendly. They talked only Italian so we didn't understand what was included on the breakfast. Ended up having one croissant and a drink per person somehow. We were disappointed and a bit hungry still afterwards. Shower was very very tiny.

The host gave us very detailed instructions about the building and a lot of helpful tips of places in the neighbourhood. Location is perfect to get around Catania. Room was quite big and nice.

The room is not soundproofed. We stayed a night with a screaming baby in appartment and I should bring earplugs with me. Also, the camera in the appartment seemed a bit much.

it was clean, well maintained, and offered daylong access to breakfast/yogurt/coffee/snacks. The gentleman who cares for the property allowed me to check in early and verified I was comfortable w all information and keys before progressing to the next early check in guest. a gteat facility!

The location is the best! The place is a few steps away from the main street. And it's literally inside of the nightlife of Catania, but you can't hear anything after closing the windows. The room is incredibly soundproof from the exterior. The breakfast is an advantage: the good quality pre-packed food was available during the whole day, and you have everything you need in the kitchen. The host is very kind and patient, the communication was excellent, and he gave us loads of information.

The toilet lid was falling on our backs, so we had to hold it every time we were seated on the toilet. As I said, the room is soundproof from the exterior, but I cannot say the same for the interior (There were some loud guests with 2 kids having breakfast at 06:50 and I couldn't get back to sleep).

The accommodation is conveniently located in the centre of Catania. Nevertheless, despite its central location the area is very quiet and you don’t have to worry about being disrupted in your sleep. The host is very friendly and was very patient with us (3 girls) when we needed help with our luggages. Our room was very neat and clean. The accommodation offers breakfast and you can always grab some bottled water, juice, snacks and cakes - the ricotta cake was simply delicious! I would recommend this place to all my friends.

We had troubles figuring out how the A/C works as we only got warm air, but this did not deter us from enjoying our stay at this B&B :)

the fact that the advertisement on booking says there’s free parking at the property but this is not true. The “free” parking is wild parking on the street, otherwise you need to look for a paid parking around.

Andrea was incredibly helpful and flexible in getting us settled in/checking out, breakfast arrangements and arranging for luggage storage. We could not have been luckier with the staff. Thank You for a great stay.

The property is basic, but very comfortable. Great air conditioning, shower and comfortable beds. We liked the flexibility in kitchen/breakfast arrangements. Oh, and you will not find a better location!

The property exceeded our expectations. The host was very nice, he answers the messages very quick and provided everything needed. The breakfast was nice and available all day around as well mineral water, juices and very nice coffee and cappuccino. Easy to walk around in the city center with plenty of options for dining.

The pillows and the matress were a bit uncomfortable for us, but this is something specific to every person. Maybe to the breakfast could be added some salty options.
