Superior personnel, we were explained everything like where to go, and how to get there. Very nice master cat :). Very neat kitchen which you could freely use. Breakfast is in highly rated caffeteria and could be taken away. The same building (5 meters away) has a bar, family pizzeria, and oysters bar. We highly recommend and will come again.

Very high stairs to get to the rooms. Dush cabine isn't closing fully, so there is a chance to spill some water. Very cold floors. You also need to have some cash to pay city tourist tax (2€ per person per night). Not for all: Possibly could be a noisy place in the morning.

Very good location! I liked the bohemian style of this old building. A small, tasteful shared kitchen with everything you need, which also has a seating area with a small, beautiful and romantic balcony. The bed was wide and comfortable. Breakfast for voucher cafe across the street where they served coffee and croissant of choice. Fresh and delicious!

The biggest problem for me was the 4 keys to the gates and doors! I didn't drink more than 1 glass of wine to be able to open them all without stress! 😄 I stayed here on a Saturday night when the music was loud in the cafes all around. It's all super cool and I loved it, but I couldn't fall asleep until after 2am when the singing stopped 😄

The room is alright, there is enough space and a table to eat by with 2 chairs, there is a kitchen but we haven't used it, we were 2 but our room could hold 3 people. Just by the center, 5 min walk maybe. The owners are very nice, there is a balcony which you can open in case it gets hot in the room

Breakfast is small, just a drink and a croissant, we expected more. You have to climb around 3 floors, no lift, luckily we just had backpacks. The soap dispenser was completely empty in our room and by the time we noticed the owner left for the night, we had to take out our soaps and shampoos. We were also unlucky since they blocked the roads around for christmas and we had to walk 1km each way for our car. Not the owner's fault of course but just keep in mind for holidays!

Very friendly owner and staff! they made sure everything was good and were very helpful at early check in! also the location is perfekt for seeing everything in Catania. I Vespri sure is a great place to stay, considering the price to value ratio here!

Bed was a little small (I am 1,80cm) and there was no TV in the room, but Catania is a lively city so it didnt matter that much - but still the description said there would be a TV in it (just for watching a little bit before going to sleep)

* manage by a great person * Great location * Clean * Comfy bed * It has a kitchen ( I didnt even know this when I booked) * It included breakfast During my stay I got terribly sick ( I mean spending 24 hours with IV antibiotics in the ER sick) and the owner and the permanent residents were sooo good to me; when I came back from the hospital.one of the guys had even cooked something for me, besides the owner was kind enough to bring me my phone charger to the hospital. If you are like me, travelling alone for the first time to catania and dont know where to stay, I strongly recommend booking this place. It is not only run by a good person but is also located in the centre of the city, is quite and comfy.

It was all perfect

Perfectly located in the very center of the Catania, without being loud, this accomodation fullfilled all our expetations and more. It is clean, spacious, and with all the utilities one can need. The comunication with the host was without any troubles, and we felt wellcomed. We recommend!

Everything was fine! The personal at the breakfast cafe was not the friendliest one, but that has nothing to do with the apartement..

the hosts are great and make the whole stay a great experience. also there are a lot of guests cooking and discussing in the kitchen so you feel a friendly and homey wibe. it is located in the heart of the old city, basically you step out and are on the corner of the main pedestrian street. fantastic! the decoration of the hotel is combining old Sicilian furniture with new elements and we loved this wibe, as it is truelly unique! fun fact: a contemporary Italian painter also stayed in the hotel a few years back and left many of his paintings to the hotel, which again is quite unique…

nothing to complain about really…

This place is in a fantastic location - very close to the main street that leads to the main square. The host and her cat are both super friendly. I could speak Italian or English with the host. The shared bathroom was clean and tidy. The bed was comfy. Friendly check-in. Easy self check-out. Near the place you can find decent restaurant. When I come back to Catania, I'll book this place again!

The fridge turned out to be out of order after the night, so I wasn't sure about my food that I left there. I lacked hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes.

Exceptional. Perfect host, clean place and so artistic. We had a kitchen equipped with anything one would need.Room so clean and air-conditioned .... There was also a basket with all toiletries shaving foam shower gel and hairdryer. The place is in the center just corner with Via etnea. Our host was a sweet lady she answered all my texts and phone call. Breakfast was included and it was great We will definitely come back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. This place has an amazing vibe and aesthetic. Beds are comfy. Localisation is also great but you don't hear in your room you are in the centrum. Staff is very nice and helpful. The place provides everything that may be useful for tourists.

Only incovienience: you have to walk a little bit of staris to get there (2 floor) and that can be hard with luggage.
