It was clean, comfortable and easy to access (once you familiar with the area and transportation system of Florence), it is close to the tram network. It’s away from the busy city center, so not noisy. Has laundry facilities on the premises which is helpful. Equipped with the basic utensils in the kitchen.

Due to the time of year, it was high season so think it was overpriced for this type of 2/3 star establishment. A washing machine would be more beneficial in the apartments than a dishwasher. AC is a bit noisy in the room, even on the low fan setting, but the AC worked and room was cool.

The staff were excellent = gave advice on where to go and how to get there. The bikes were a must to get around the city and they were free and in good condition. Rooms were nice and big. It was a colourful and funky rooms = great for families.

It was a bit far from the city.

Rooms are very big and clean. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast croissants were very delicious. Very close to the railway. It takes 8-10 minutes to reach to heart of the city. The staff is understanding and helpful. They didn't charge us for the garage after an incident.

There wasn't a parking space available for our car, so we parked our car in a blue zone nearby (the parking is not guaranteed by the hotel - read the description). We had an incident. The security camera in front of the hotel was not recording. Maybe you can insist on a closed garage parking if you're traveling with a car.

it was massive, clean massive bed, the shower is the strongest I’ve ever had and better than home. sofa bed if you’ve got kids this is ideal. location 15 mins from station. but there is a tram 5 mins walk from apartment goes to airport and city centre. local shops again 5 mins TV is Digital so you can connect your Netflix account etc. (make sure you log out though when you leave) previous didn’t… instructions given to us by the desk was spot on Wi-Fi is good Definitely recommend. and I would come back !!!! travel side to Florence 1 hour to Pisa can do this on a day trip use the train good service Siena a bit longer but you will need your walking boots. it will do your glutes and calf’s a day trip again Bologna same amount of time Florence centre is really nice in the evening especially at this time of the year. and a nice walk along the river as well. thank you Popartments for a lovely stay

Needs a kettle for those tea lovers one cupboard needs attention. but still exceptional

The location of the hotel is very close to the city centre and you can easily reach the main square in about 20 minutes by foot. Of course, you can also take the tram as the station is just across the street. The room was quite big and we had our own balcony which was awesome. The kitchen is fully equipped as you have a sink, stove, fridge, coffee maker and also you have plates, glasses and cooking pans. The bed was really comfy, just like a cloud. We also had very good AC that kept us comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but it is just what you need. The staff was very helpful and they provided free water and coffee pods for your room.

clean modern interior, privacy, own facilities to cook, toast etc , kettle, microwave , the staff were friendly and helpful ,very convenient for tram into city across road only €1.50 for 70 mins travel

ours was at front so noisy road, either noisy ac or noisy outside was the choice from very early morning as main route into city . we appeared to have either ants or mosquitoes with an appetite . breakfast turned out be a single croissant with a coffee and this was not detailed on the booking.com site. the hotel we came from in Pisa was continental and full English and as much coffee as we could drink . also it sounds petty but the booking.com site listed slippers in room but we were told they had ran out .

what’s not to like - great location just 10 minutes by tram from Santa Maria novella. easy checkin and checkout. clean spacious room with basic kitchen amenities. comfortable beds, bright colorful interiors and great customer service. if I ever come back to Florence Iam only staying here again.

The studio room is terrific, good-sized, with high ceilings, sky light, a small balcony, a kitchenette equipped w/all one needed (incl. cool water and coffee pods on arrival), a dining table - all was just right. Perfect air-conditioning, at this time - early August - very much appreciated! Wifi great. The reception is staffed throughout the day and people were very helpful - it was nice to be handed the room key on arrival, helped w/the luggage, etc. Btw, train tickets (to get to the town center/Duomo) can be purchased at the reception.

The location is a bit outside of the town center of Florence (the Duomo), i.e. it takes ~ 30min to walk, or a 5-7min train ride (T2) followed by a short walk, to get to the center/Duomo; trains run frequently/reliably, are air-conditioned. The train station is a 5-7min walk away from PopArtment.

This is a GREAT place to stay. The people in reception were super friendly. You get a room key and a code to get in after hours (reception is not 24 hours). There are supermarkets and restaurants very near and you can walk into the centre in 20 minutes or take the tram which is right in front (1-50 euros). There is a parking garage with limited space, we were lucky enough to get one (20 euros a night) and there are even bicycles you can use. The rooms were lovely and well equipped. There was cold water and coffee for us in the rooms upon arrival. There was everything you needed from soap to coffee, etc. Well-equipped kitchen. Great air con. Spacious apartment perfect for 4 people. Super clean with great sheets and towels. I was scared that it would be noisy at night, but it was very quiet.

The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. It was sunk in the middle so feet and head were much higher than everything else and my daughters had trouble sleeping.

The studio was perfect, bright and clean! We always had a wonderful night of sleep, really quiet and nice, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was always available, helpful and delicate. On the day of our checkout they allowed us to leave our luggage and kept it safe until it was time for our flight. Location wise, it's the best of both worlds: not right there in the center but close enough for fans of walking, otherwise it's close to the tram station that can get you anywhere you want. For those going or coming from the airport it's perfect the perfect place to stay!

The only thing we found disappointing was the poor wifi connection in the apartments: there was not a night we didn't struggle to connect and when you are not on your country it's really useful to have good WiFi available at the places you stay. The breakfast was really tasty and always served on the accorded schedule but we wish there was an option to replace the croissant with something a little bit healthier, like bread.
