Beautifully designed and super modern hotel with such a sophisticated branding I was surprised this is not a large chain (yet?). There are interesting corners to discover throughout the hotel and you could easily spend lots of time inside if Lecce wasn't so beautiful that you rather should go out and about exploring the city. The staff was super friendly and charming. Location is perfect, right at the end of the Old Town and with many shops and restaurants just a few steps away.

Breakfast à la carte was rather limited as compared to a breakfast buffet, and no self-service also meant there was some additional waiting time for your food and drinks to be served when it gets a bit busier. Finally I found the check-out at 10:30 a bit too early.

I've stayed there before and gave it a 10 last time. It's still the same, central, comfortable and lovely staff.

This is a comment rather than a criticism. This time I was encouraged more than once to eat in the restaurant. After some thought, I decided not to, for two reasons. First was ambience. Every time I passed in the evening, the area was empty. That, with bright lighting and nothing really to separate it from the reception area did not attract me. The second reason was price. It simply does not compete with pricing in the centre of the city, despite the food being excellent. Two courses with wine for 20€ would be very attractive once some separation from the reception is dealt with.

Great Hotel located just on the edge of the main city centre. It’s very modern which makes going out into the city even more special. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant has a limited menu but all dishes are very well cooked and presented with large portions (the octopus and pork filet were amazing). The bar had a great selection of cocktails, wines and beers. The hotel is accessible if you’re in a wheel chair and they also have accessible rooms. They also have Dj’s on weekends playing in the lounge. Wi-Fi is great. We would definitely return back to Arryvo again.

If you are a wheelchair/electric scooter user there are a couple of obstacles. The main entrance has a step of about 1.5 inches. If you’re in a chair and don’t have help to get in it could be a problem for some people. The lift also has an separate entrance and exit door but the entrance door is to the side, which is good for people in wheelchairs but if you have a small scooter it can be a problem. You’ll have to turn it yourself or fold it if you have that option. Apart from that they have good shower options, hand rails and spacious doors, rooms, hallways, lounge and seating areas. The staff are also very happy to help if you need it.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. The owner and the staff are fantastic. They bend over backwards to help out with anything at all! The hotel is clean as clean gets! They have events here with live music on a regular basis, the wifi is great, the location is superb to the historical center, the breakfast is great, not a roll and coffee, but a real breakfast with bacon & eggs, salmon avocado toast, unbelievable coffee machines, pastries etc. My dog loved it too! This is our second time back and would come again. It is a funky, cool environment that rivals any upscale hotel. All ages love it here! The best hands down!

The hotel has a warm and welcoming club-like atmosphere. The design is superb everywhere. The central lounge is a relaxing place to hang out, with its coming and going of people meeting for work or for a drink. In the evening, the lounge gradually transforms into a vibrant club where the young and beautiful gather for dinner or to enjoy an exotic cocktail. Breakfast here is a winner! It is prepared fresh from a number of options and it looks (and tastes!) absolutely stunning. The hotel is only a brief walk from the historic city centre.

Excellent room, all around. Very fun and stylish, as was the whole facility. Location was perfect; secure back entrance opens directly into the historic center, and just minutes walk to attractions and food/drink. Our room had a balcony, and overlooked the road inside the walls. I would recommend a balcony room for this purpose. The balcony was large, with 2 chairs and a table. There are also pleasant looking outside lounge areas on each floor. Although the downstairs area includes a bar and restaurant, the soundproofing is exceptional; one night, we returned to the hotel and very loud EDM music was playing in the bar, but none of the sound leaked into our room. For the season, the room's climate control had been set to a minimum 20 degrees, which was too warm for me, so we asked the reception desk and she turned off the limiter to our room and we were able to adjust the minimum and maximum at will. (A cool thing to know!) Breakfast was ordered from a menu, with abundant choices, and served quickly. Bacon and eggs was on the daily menu, and it was a treat; at least 3 or 4 eggs, fluffily scrambled, with yummy toast and 3 strips of American-style bacon.

- Parking is a bit tricky. You can use on street parking for 0.60€/hour for the few hours a day that need to be paid, but it was something difficult to find a space. - 20€ for late check-out is a bit of a rip-off - It's on the edge of the old city. No the most central location, but everything can be reached in 10min walk.

Great location, only 5 mins to old town. Seamless check-in process, bright spacious and spotlessly clean rooms with very comfy beds. Bonus was the sun drenched spacious roof top terrace with great views. Staff are top class, very friendly, attentive and totally customer oriented. Excellent breakfast with great choices On departure, we had an early morning flight and the breakfast staff offered us a take away breakfast. This was very thoughtful and was ready at reception on our departure date. We really appreciated this and enjoyed our takeaway breakfast at the airport. We would highly recommend a stay at the Arryvo hotel.

Staff incredibly welcoming and facilities superb in this stylish and quirky hotel. Breakfast excellent and dinner, panko prawns with thai sauce, was wonderful. Very helpful receptionist arranged transport to airport all added to bill which meant no need to get additional cash at the end of my cooking holiday in Puglia. Lecce is a beautiful and fascinating city.

It would be good to have the roof top bar open for all clients - I understand it is only staffed for parties.

Gloria was very kind and helpful. She gave us some hints to explore salento. The whole staff is very attentive and spreading always good vibes. You feel instantly at home. Rooms are new, not very big but its enough space because the most of the time you are busy with exploring the oldtown. The hotel offers a nice breakfast, a restaurant with good food and on the top floor you find a cozy rooftoop. Would definitely come back, as the hotel is perfectly located at the entrance to the old town. If you come by car you can book a parking lot in advance. The hotel offers also washing machines on each floor. You can even find irons to iron your linen shirts ;)
