The whole package. Lovely high ceilinged liberty building. Super people. Loved talking to the owner who has an art foundation in the city which we really enjoyed visiting. Freshly made regional breakfast treats. Wonderful artworks. Close to a gate into the city and with parking. And a big double spa bath to relax in.

The bedrooms were large and the staff amazing. the lady who cooks the breakfast was full of fun and showed us the local dishes we could choose. the location of the property was excellent - 3 minutes walk from the old City and free secure parking.

Beautiful, carefully restored building Good sized bedroom Fantastic couple who own the property who do everything possible to help you enjoy your stay.

Absolutely amazing place- this is a guy who rents out rooms in his own home for the sheer love of it, not a big corporate hotel. It’s a real treat to have private secure parking so close to the historic centre of Lecce. We were welcomed with almond pasticchio and cafe Lecchese, given advice and a map of what to see and where to go, and the breakfast was delicious!!

One tiny warning- I don’t know if all the rooms are like this but we were in Edith Piaf and because there was a glass panel in the bathroom wall, the shower was visible from the bed (as was part of the toilet). We know each other very well so managed to make it work but if I was with someone I had only just met I wouldn’t have been happy with so little privacy!

Manlio the owner was very warm and helpful with very good advices for our stay. The team of Delia and Yelena was wonderful and warm and gave great hospitality. The place is like a palace and highly recommend.

What a perfect place to stay both to see Lecce and the surrounding coast!!! Having on site parking was a bonus. This is a beautiful house and so comfortable! We were greeted by the family and were made to feel that we we’re staying in a home and not a hotel. Lecce was an easy walk both for sightseeing and then restaurants and bars. The bedroom was roomy and cool, we had two lovely nights sleep. To start the day we were offered an ample and well prepared breakfast which set us up for a day of walking 👏 Don’t hesitate to book - we’ll certainly stay here again if we visit this area.

One of the best B&B my wife and I ever stayed. Beautiful classic mansion, well renovated, beautifully decorated and kept. The location is perfect, 100m from the gate to the historic center (old town). We had a car, so free parking inside was a big plus! Driving outside Lecce was very easy (no small, difficult streets) so one can make Lecce as a base and drive to nearby sites (Otranto, Leuca, Alberobello, Ostuni, Locorotondo…) Services were fantastic: Manlio – the host and owner – and team were friendly, always eager to please and available for information, suggestions, maps, a nice reception with coffee and sweets and an espresso when returning from rides. You feel like a family member there! The room was fantastic: large, very clean, with a high ceiling, air conditioning, very good internet, a jacuzzi for 2, spacious bathroom. Breakfast was included and also very good (espresso, capuccino, orange juice, cheese, ham, fruit, pastries, eggs…) Great food and service!

Excellent location, 3 minutes away from the old city and with a great private parking. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room is big enough for a short stay, clean and comfortable. Breakfast could be improved with eggs and vegetables and more salty choice. The shower and WC were ok, only the glass walls were too much for me.

The shower is actually inside the room and completely transparent, so even if you are a couple it is a little uncomfortable. Besides the WC is also behind the glass shower and visible from the bed.

Charming B&B furnished in 1920-style. Excellent location, only a few steps from the historical center with all it‘s baroque and other highlights. Parking space within the enclosed garden was another bonus. In addition we learned to know a host, Manlio, at its best. One can feel his love for his hometown Lecce and his passion as host!! We were welcomed by a coffee Lecce and the typical Salento pastry ‚pasticciotti‘ and given advices for our walk through the city. All this made our stay a highlight of our trip!!!

Everything, the accommodation, environment and staff. All were fantastic and couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay to visit Lecce. We also toured to the southern tip where the Adriatic, Mediterranean and Ionian seas meet in Saint Maria Luece, amazing.
