i liked everything about it except for one thing
all the photos make it appear that there is some kind of access to the spa. however this is not true and should be made abundantly clear in the booking. we specifically chose this because of the wellness and Turkish spa aspects.

We loved how easily accessible, all of the historical centre of Lecce was from the hotel location. parking was easy and abundant. The staff was friendly and helpful , all gave good recommendations. And the spa room is absolutely incredible, we have not seen a room like that before. Only wish we booked it longer. Francesco was super nice giving us the upgrade to experience it.
-There was no safe in the room - the area can be noisy in the early morning

We loved absolutely everything 😍! we stayed in the suite with a private pool, sauna & steam room, quite simply beautiful and total luxury. Nothing is missing… candles, Prosecco, a Bluetooth speaker for your music in an amazing setting. The owner Francesco and his assistant are charming and go out of their way to make your stay quite simply dreamy.

Loved the spa! It was truly relaxing. One of the most unique places we have every stayed in. Francesco and Nicol were kind enough to let us check in early. If you want to have a relaxing stay in the middle of Lecce, this is a great place. You might not want to leave to explore Lecce though, because the spa is amazing.

Amazing rooms (some rooms have 2 bathrooms per room, genius!), Francesco (owner) is super hospitable and the spa was fantastic. Location is walking distance to everywhere in historic center. A must!

Although it is conveniently between the station and town centre, additional time is required for walking into the centre. This is reflected in the pricing, which is great value.

It was a nice room and staff were friendly.
This is not a bad statement .. i did enjoy my stay but there is no atmosphere in the place as its just a bed and breakfast. It's ideal for honeymoon and a couples day.. if you want to meet and talk to people hotel might be better.

It's wonderful apartment nextdoor to the historical centre with a big jacuzzi and balconies. Absolutely kind and helpful host. Extraordinary good design of the room, very clean and the bottle of prosecco was a pleasant surprise.

Perfect location in down town Lecce. The boss and staff are kind. And the interior design is marvelous with delicate detail by the boss’s idea. Definitely worth to take a double bathroom suite with jacuzzi.
