Venice Day Apartment0

The room was very big and comfortable, the apartment has two bathrooms and a kitchen (although not so well equipped) available. You share them with two other rooms. The bus station to go to Venice is right around the corner and it takes 15-20 minutes to get there. The room was clean and there is a good supermarket (Pam) downstairs. There is an elevator in the building. Good value for the money.

The kitchen could be better equipped. There was not one cup for coffee, and also no forks, for example, and you are not allowed to cook. The mattresses are not the best quality, and the room is not well isolated, so you can hear some noice from the streets and from other guests. For us it was no problem, but it could be.

It was really easy to get here. The host is very friendly, the rooms have enough space. You can check in early enough, if not you can leave the luggage in the room already. The beds are extra comfortable. There is a fan in each room which is nice for the hot summer days but it is bearable. Right next to the Apartments are some sumpermarkets & Cafés where you can get excellent coffee. Can recommend, it's perfect for a trip with friends.

The kitchen does not have enough dishes, unfortunately.

I had a great time here, you do share the apartment with another room but I didn’t have an issue with that (The other ppl in the apartment were surprised though). Great security, close location for getting in to Venice, decent price. There is a kitchen but don’t expect to cook any meals there. Nice host

Getting in contact with the host was a little bit difficult at first, i got there early and was wondering if I could leave my bags but couldn’t reach anyone.

Localizations was very good, right next to bus stop to Venice. The apartment was very clean, there was everything what is needed.

In the room we heard all of the noises from other apartments: crying babies, people talking in the kitchen or other room. We stayed only one night so it was okay for us but for more nights it would be hard to handle. This is the only thing that was bad. Apart from this the apartment was great.

it’s most amazing property with all convincing near of the location, Bus stop,take 4L for Venice,Train station near 10m walking, Super market.Tabachi store for buying pass and tickets, Grocery store. all of that easy experience the Host is Very humble and polite.Just booked with all heart . thanks to host for all your services. we would like to stay again in future.

We like the room, beds were good size and comfortable. The location was convenient for our family, we were able to take the bus to Venice, close to a mall, dollar store, McDonald's and coffee shops. Convenient to have access to the kitchen and two bathrooms available.

The kitchen can use a bit of more utensils, and the quantity of soap in the kitchen and bathroom can be improved

Firstly, Toha was very kind and helpful. He managed everything for us. The place was very cozy and and the bed is very huge and comfy. The place is very clean also.

The location is kind of not clear in google maps. We weren't able to find it immediately. I think the best way to describe the location is that it is just BEHIND THE HOTEL named (I forgot the hotel sorry).

Everything was good.just fantastic...i loved IT The host toha was amazing .he helped us a lot. You must come and meet with this guy .and room was șo clean and also restroom just amazing.. everything...i will be back again.thanks toha for Your kinda help.. ciao

They have an English speaking worker, who supports turists very well, which is rare in Italy. It was the best place I stayed in Italy, for both cinditions and customer service. They have kitchen, washing machine, iron, balcony and super comfort rooms.

Location is great. Bus stop to Venezia in front of us. The place was very clean. Staff was friendly. Supermarkets close to the place. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast or quick food. Central but quiet.
