43 Station Hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location if you want to be close to the train station and subway. The receptionist (male and female) were extremely kind and helpful and super nice. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Also, everything was clean. Nonetheless I would appreciate tea bags and a kettle in the room. The staff at the breakfast was kind as well. There were enough options.

My feeling of the hotel was ruined because of the breakfast. There were PLASTIC CUPS and PLASTIC SPOONS which was shocking in 2023. I do not want to eat yogurt with plastic nor drink juice from plastic. It’s below average and awful for the environment.

Very clean, smells amazing and has a modern look and feel to it.

There is no mini bar - what they mean is that your room has a mini fridge and you will need to buy the items yourself. There are no cups or glasses in the room either. You also need to fill water bottles outside in the corridor using their water dispenser. They have a vending machine for buying snacks, a limited selection of drinks and hot drinks but it doesn't take card payments so you need to keep a stash of coins with you. I loved the hotel but they did not tell us any of this at the point of booking online or when we checked in. I travelled with my children and just wanted a drink for them and some tea. It was about 9pm when I found out and reception told me to go to the station to get change. It was disappointing because everything else was quite good.

Breakfast was very good, with a tasty selection. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms were reasonable size as was bathroom. Housekeeping were very good. Location was excellent, about 4min walk from Milan central station and there were plenty of local places to eat.

The Hotel is very close to the Central Station, especially the Malpensa Bus stop, it's just across the road. It is situated in a road much safer than other hotels we stayed in on the other side of the Central Station, we did not meet strange and dangerous-looking people around the hotel :) The hotel is super clean, and the staff is nice and always smiling. The room is of a good size, comfortable always clean and smelling nice, the shower is comfortable too and the sheets and towels are changed daily. I love this hotel and will surely come again. The cherry on the cake is good value for money :)

Coffee machine would be great in the room but then I discovered the coffee machine on 1st floor which is great :)

The room was very well thought out all, mod cons very comfortable super king size bed and spotlessly clean. Would definitely recommend. The hotel is close to the central train station, and nice small cafes close by . We were on the top floor and it was very warm, until we saw a control on the wall and were able to turn it down.

The only thing that I thought was wrong was that when we checked out we left our luggage in the hotel luggage room. When we returned a few hours later to collect it and catch our train, we were told by the two young receptionists that the luggage room was open and indicated that we had to help ourselves. We could have taken any bags or cases no one was checking. I felt that was a bit insecure.

Location is easy 5 minute walk from Milan Central Rail Station which is the end stop for the Milan Airport Express train and also the local Milan Central Station Tram stop that takes you to all the sights in Milan, including direct to Naviglio. The Milan Metro is also right there, and the HOP ON HOP OFF Bus tour stops opposite the Central Station. The Hotel staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist. The Breakfast selection is substantial and varied and the breakfast staff do a great job. Rooms are clean, comfortable and are serviced daily with great amenities in the bathroom. The Hotel is situated near plenty of restaurants. This hotel is a very affordable hidden gem in Milan. Highly recommend it to the savvy traveler.

Breakfast was very nice. We booked only accomodation but paid for breakfast on the spot one morning and it was worth it. Location for us was very convenient because it is close to all public transport: train,metro and bus for the airport.

Telephone in our room 313 was not working so we couldn't call reception when we needed help with the heating in the room which was not working when we arrived. I contacted front desk by email and heating was then set but they never sent staff to fix the telephone even though they said they will. Also, our safe wasn't working but we didn't report that.

A modern room that was soundproofed. The room was quite large compared to some other hotels I've stayed at in Milan, with luggage racks for luggage so that it doesn't take up a lot of floor space. Bathroom also spacious with a very fancy toilet that had several functions and a remote control! Staff were friendly and all spoke English. Both boiling water and ice water readily available from the water dispensers on each level. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment on it. Location very close to Milano Centrale. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to others.

Nothing really. Room was a little too warm on the first night and we couldn't control the temperature from our room. The temperature is controlled by the hotel itself. Mentioned it to them on the first night. They suggested we open the window for a bit to let in cool air. Next day, the room temperature was cooler and more comfortable.
